I have to say I am not pleased with the service we received. We had or daughters EZ form done, no…read moreproblem. Our married filing jointly plus my business. Was given a number as our return, we were happy. A few days later it over $1000 less then what we were told . Told the receptionist to wait before filling because we wanted to speak with Peter to find out why or return is $1000 less. We called him 2-3 days later and was told that he thought I had sent $1000 for federal which I didn't . At this point told them to e file. Now I wait 2+ weeks will no call or my files. So I call back to find where are my taxes?? I call again the Receptionist told me that my husband told her to hold before filing as we wanted to speak with him. We did speak to him everything ok file the taxes. 2 weeks later. I haven't received anything from them so I call the receptionist again about taxes all I got was that you wanted me to hold until we spoke to peter . I told her we did and I spoke with her about getting them filed. I got I never spoke to her I told her that i spoke with another lady in the office. She said that is the only woman in the office. She put me on hold to speak to Peter . Peter says he never remembers speaking to him. At this point I tell him to send the taxes. I asked him to go over this state and federal return numbers to my surprise they were over $1100 lower originally told. His reasoning for this he forgot to calculate my social security. So now at this point my return has been lowered by $2100 . And I received a $240 very disappointed to say the last, won't ever go back
