I had new windows installed in my kitchen. About a week after they were installed, I discovered that they didn't close right and the company ignored my request for them to fix it. Beth has sent letters to the BBB and the Attorney General. We're still waiting on the Attorney General. I live alone; I'm elderly and I am not as sharp as I used to be. Beth has been a real asset. I don't know what I would do without her.
