I asked for advice on how to keep it on, and instead of offering any real solutions, the so-called "sleep specialist" got snippy and just repeated, Well, you just need to not take it off. As if that was helpful. Once you get the machine, expect relentless robo-calls from their Florida call center. They'll call repeatedly, and when you pick up, you'll hear a pre-recorded message pretending you're an answering machine--a shady, potentially illegal practice. How do I know it's a robocall? They call on Saturdays when their call center is closed. No staff, no support--just an automated system harassing customers. Avoid this company. You deserve better.

I have proof of every overpayment. Next, I just received two sets of insurance cards along with two auto insurance bills. I am a busy business owner and advisor to other businesses who doesn't appreciate all of the time I'm spending trying to correct these billing errors. I've since established the trust, and that plus a will, power of attorney, and health care proxy were all executed with a different law office, specializing in estate planning for $3k.
