Even the information provided changed at times. Some times we'd get a phone call, sometimes no call back. I have had to call and leave messages and hound them to respond. And each time it was as if they were doing me a favor, that is until the bill arrived. Mistakes such as entering in the wrong routing number for electronic payment and then I end up with a threatening IRS note with a penalty, only to now have to pay the firm to unwind their own screw up.
