Her response was that Mr. Pierro would be in to provide that. It was pretty stunning to hear $6k and I am sure if I presented with fewer assets the fee would be different, otherwise there would be transparency. I've since established the trust, and that plus a will, power of attorney, and health care proxy were all executed with a different law office, specializing in estate planning for $3k.

He would attempt to belittle me and lie so blatantly without even attempting to cover the lie up. there was no conversation he would just talk over you. He wants to tell you what hes going to do and what your going to do. He has no sentiment towards anyone at all. Jacob V. who is/was an associate there was assigned to my case originally. No complaints with him. He immediately went to work. Answered our questions. Communicated effectively. He was unwavering the minute we hired him for representation. According to Aaron he is no longer with the firm and thats how i ended up with Aaron. There may be other lawyers in the firm that are competent and wont treat you like a peasant. I dont know. This was my experience and it was nothing but anxiety the moment Aaron took our case. When we went our separate ways there were not any notes, documents, records of anything. I know this because I have been a victim of Dominick Paone and his unlawful surveillance of my cell phone. He harassed me for over a year and a half by spoof calling me nonstop from with his caller ID name set as people I know so I would answer it and he hacked into all of my online accounts. I only discovered who this person is because Verizon provided me with two different phone numbers and IP addresses that were associated with all of the account hacking and surveillance of my phone and after conducting a quick Google search of both phone numbers I discovered that they both come back to him - one is a landline telephone number at his private residence and the other is a mobile phone number which he posted on his website for a form of contact. I went to the police, however Dominick fabricated the existence of an entire legitimate investigation that he was hired to conduct into me for the reason he was surveilling me and claimed to have the lawful authority to be doing so - which he does not as no private investigator has the authority to conduct mobile phone surveillance or to hack into someone's online accounts, change their password to lock them out and to delete a ton of data to the victim's detriment. Sure, hire Dominick if you're looking for someone who has no moral compass and doesn't hesitate to commit felony offenses, however be prepared for him to get caught and being held equally liable for the crimes he commits throughout his "investigations". hey Dominick...you absolutely suck.
