I cannot believe this is a legitimate business, my experience is disastrous. Twice in a row they…read moremessed up paychecks at my job, once for my coworker and once for me, in the same month. I call the business about reissuing a check. The woman was incredibly unpleasant just by having to answer the phone. She made it seem like losing a check was the end of the world. I thought she had reissued the check for the correct week, but she put a stop payment on the check that I hadn't even received yet, for another 4 days. When i realized what she had done, I went to the bank and had them explain it to me. I called her on my way out of the bank, an easy pleasant experience. The woman answered, how may I help you. When I explained my reason for calling, she started to yell at me "HALT HALT HALT" shocked, I said "yes?" "who are you! I can't help you if I don't know who you are!" ....I'm sorry but that was not the question that I was asked and answering? I told her who I was, now acting pretty timid as her attitude was actually making me uncomfortable because I didn't want to get yelled at. She would not admit to her mistake or understand what I was saying, no matter how many times I repeated myself. She was actually complaining out loud that she had to turn her computer on, once again, as if that was my problem that she hadn't been working. Eventually her stride became too much, so I asked to speak to someone else, her boss preferably. Well, here is my proof this company is a joke. Her boss got on the phone, yelled at me, and ready? Called me a bitch! NAME CALLING TO A CUSTOMER. Keep in mind although I was gaining defense, who wouldn't, I was NOT instigating and of course not name calling. This is my only yelp review because of how awful this was. Now, she thinks she hung up (suddenly, without warning after calling me a bitch). But, she leaves her phone on speaker. I hear the nasty, and absolutely creepy things the two women were saying, joking around that i sounded younger (I am an adult), and proceeded to call me a "naughty little bitch". I called back 3 times, until I finally was not hung up on, and told I was a bitch a couple more times and that my check would be in the mail soon.
So what legitimate business calls people bitches, just because they can't admit they made a mistake. I am just a young adult with bills to pay and cannot afford to go 2 weeks without paychecks. Did not need to be called names by two grown women.
