I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. I will definitely use STS service again whenever I find myself traveling to Seattle!

Also I was stranded at work for 2 1/2 hours before I could fine a ride. I normally have a pick up time for work and a pick up time after work. I'm trying to keep my job by struggling to even make it to work and then worry if you guy are going to pick up or keep your guys word. And come when you guys say. I know there is constantly new owners but this is the most I've had trouble with a taxi.
