Service is on and off. I've been using this taxi service for years now and for the most part the…read moredrivers are very cordial. However the dispatcher needs to lighten his tone. He sounds like he's tired of listening to you and then abruptly hangs up. This service utilizes the entire valley, but sometimes there are Spanish only drivers with no bilingual companions to help. It takes a bit of maneuvering. Another thing is that they're not 24hrs, so when it gets close to their closing time, the dispatcher will try to give you the runaround to make you go away. As I said, this was my experience with this company for the past 5 years. So they're good with a reliable rate, but they have moments of being unprofessional.

Let me explain, I called the cab company to pick me up in Somerton at 730am, I had notified them well in advance at least 1.5 hours ahead of time. The receptionist said, "no problem". So I figured I was set to go. 730 rolls around and still no cab, so I called the company up, and I again I spoke with the same guy who had reassured me that the cab was on their way. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited. 15 minutes went by, so I called again to make sure they weren't lost. I gave them my address again, and he assured me that they would be arriving at any minute. After waiting around till 800am, I called them to find out what was going on, and the gentlemen who I had spoken with answered the phone, he must have recognized my voice and immediately hung up on me. Needless to say I went with another cab company. I was late to my appointment in Yuma, and well, I'd really like to have a one on one chat with the guy who decided it wasn't necessary to do his one and only job. Maybe my experience won't change anyone's mind, since the reality is that there only a handful of choices to pick from, but I would advise NOT choosing these guys as your go-to company. Very unprofessional! I would honestly rate them less then a 1-star if I could. Good luck everyone, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The new owner Southwest is OK, but their charges are about 25% higher than another less expensive ride service company (taxi service) in Yuma that has been purchased by a new owner 2 years ago called A#1-2&3 Taxi service, which is now owned by Brian and his wife who rides with Brian everyday. Brian is a polite, older mature gentleman who treats everyone courteously. I do not know Brian's last name because I just met him a few months ago. I am retired and needed weekly ride service (taxi) for yuma city transportation to appointments and weekly shopping. Brian and his wife always arrive on time to pick me up and take me safely and calmly to my destinations. The best part is Brian's charges are always about 20% to 45% less expensive as the other ride services (taxis) in Yuma. Brian has saved me about $65.00 to $70.00 since I started using his ride services since the beginning of 2023. I like that.

For those folks complaining about the taxi vehicle's aesthetics and or the drivers appearance, "For God's sake, Get Over It! You'll Live!" You are not buying the vehicles, or marrying/dating the drivers! If you want the red carpet and the Slim Shady Red Carpet service then go and hire yourself a limousine service. I'll continue using Crazy 8's Cab Company, as they are again, reliable.

He was three minutes early. He is also a very nice guy. A#1-2&3 Taxi has been my choice for going to all my appointments (Doctors, etc.) and for going to stores for shopping ever since December 2022. The other ride services wanted to charge more for the same ride. The A#1-2&3 Taxi-Cab driver is the NEW owner of this Taxi-Cab service. He always arrives a few minutes early with his wife as his companion. They are both so nice and friendly. I always feel very safe in their car. The best part of his service is the lowest price in all of Yuma. I've done a lot of research on which ride service is the least expensive, and it always comes up with A#1-2&3 as the lowest price. It is also very dependable and always 2 or 3 minutes early. Those negative reviews are dated years before the NEW owner, Brian, bought this Taxi-Cab service. As a NEW owner, he has been providing perfect Taxi-Cab service at the lowest prices in Yuma. So, if you red a bad review, look at the date of the review. You will see it was years ago, many years before Brian took ownership of this taxi-cab company. Brian is always polite. He is also a careful driver. He never takes any chances in traffic.
