Let me explain, I called the cab company to pick me up in Somerton at 730am, I had notified them well in advance at least 1.5 hours ahead of time. The receptionist said, "no problem". So I figured I was set to go. 730 rolls around and still no cab, so I called the company up, and I again I spoke with the same guy who had reassured me that the cab was on their way. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited. 15 minutes went by, so I called again to make sure they weren't lost. I gave them my address again, and he assured me that they would be arriving at any minute. After waiting around till 800am, I called them to find out what was going on, and the gentlemen who I had spoken with answered the phone, he must have recognized my voice and immediately hung up on me. Needless to say I went with another cab company. I was late to my appointment in Yuma, and well, I'd really like to have a one on one chat with the guy who decided it wasn't necessary to do his one and only job. Maybe my experience won't change anyone's mind, since the reality is that there only a handful of choices to pick from, but I would advise NOT choosing these guys as your go-to company. Very unprofessional! I would honestly rate them less then a 1-star if I could. Good luck everyone, I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The new owner Southwest is OK, but their charges are about 25% higher than another less expensive ride service company (taxi service) in Yuma that has been purchased by a new owner 2 years ago called A#1-2&3 Taxi service, which is now owned by Brian and his wife who rides with Brian everyday. Brian is a polite, older mature gentleman who treats everyone courteously. I do not know Brian's last name because I just met him a few months ago. I am retired and needed weekly ride service (taxi) for yuma city transportation to appointments and weekly shopping. Brian and his wife always arrive on time to pick me up and take me safely and calmly to my destinations. The best part is Brian's charges are always about 20% to 45% less expensive as the other ride services (taxis) in Yuma. Brian has saved me about $65.00 to $70.00 since I started using his ride services since the beginning of 2023. I like that.

I have been using Crazy 8 on and off for about 9 years. This last year quite often. I pay…read moredifferent prices for going to the same places. Sometimes they don't show up and then don't answer the phone when I call to find out when they will be here. Uber and other companies charge more and if I'm doing cash I can't use them anyway. So I continue to put up with Crazy 8. It would be good if they would realize I'm a paying customer and should be treated that way. They round up to the next dollar if you go over, $3.15 would be $4. The up keep of their vehicles is terrible so sometimes they won't take you to where you need to go. On the upside there are a few wonderful drivers but they aren't always working when I need a ride.

He was three minutes early. He is also a very nice guy. A#1-2&3 Taxi has been my choice for going to all my appointments (Doctors, etc.) and for going to stores for shopping ever since December 2022. The other ride services wanted to charge more for the same ride. The A#1-2&3 Taxi-Cab driver is the NEW owner of this Taxi-Cab service. He always arrives a few minutes early with his wife as his companion. They are both so nice and friendly. I always feel very safe in their car. The best part of his service is the lowest price in all of Yuma. I've done a lot of research on which ride service is the least expensive, and it always comes up with A#1-2&3 as the lowest price. It is also very dependable and always 2 or 3 minutes early. Those negative reviews are dated years before the NEW owner, Brian, bought this Taxi-Cab service. As a NEW owner, he has been providing perfect Taxi-Cab service at the lowest prices in Yuma. So, if you red a bad review, look at the date of the review. Told it should be on the way and called back a few minutes later to say he was coming. I waited until 8:40. No show had to drive myself and go back later and pick up the car. Did not bother to call this taxi. Would not recommend.
