No rules stating this is a problem. But Sandy either really was offended by our tent or maybe the color of my partner's skin. Hard to determine, but when we asked to extend our stay, she said they didn't have any tent sites available. Strange comment because this is an RV park and they don't have tent sites. Then she said they were booked through first part of January. I said well maybe we'll check in mid January to see if there were any spots available. She said they were booked through February then she added that they were actually booked through April. I got the hint. We're not welcome here. The other weekend manager, Sandy #2 the nice one as she's known in the park, saw us packing up and said she would find us a site. She did. Suddenly they were not booked through April. We were told the tent offended the first manager. We decided to leave since we were not welcomed. We will never be back. This was the worst experience we've ever had at an RV "Resort." People of color beware. 1/19/23 - visited the place today b/c Amazon incorrectly sent our package there and noticed there were at least 7 unoccupied spaces. Will be following up with @goodsam since they're members. Maybe they can do something so others don't have terrible experiences.

Office staff plays…read morefavorites when imposing rules and often violate the rights of residents who are not in the click. Office manager ignores requests for addressing complaints/problems. I have watched this cause at least 5 people to move out over the past 1.5 years. Most won't say anything because they fear retaliation if they complain. There is a click here and the favorites get very special treatment and are never held to account for violating the rules. Ownership changed several years back, office staff has turned over twice. Office manager always seems aggravated and passes that along to customers if you have a need. This place is right on the highway and is VERY noisy 24/7. Go anywhere else.

Oh and did I mention the very reasonable rates and the access to all the great bike and hiking trails and 5 minutes to historic downtown Yuma....

And if you are not willing to be nice with your customers then you should NOT be working here. This literally ruined my day. I was there way before the pick up time and she still had to argue with me like it was my fault that she was in a rush. Honestly I don't recommend this service , you lost a customer that goes from Phoenix to Yuma every week.

She agreed to rent to us and after moving over 700 miles to this park, and signing a 1 year least I was harassed and threatened by the owners to be evicted, as well as my son was completely bullied by staff of the park. Signs were even put up, and he can read, making him feel completely unwelcome. pretty sad when a bunch of old people bully a child for their own staff members mistake. mind you he is well behaved and caused no issues to warrant the bullying whatsoever, though I don't think any child no matter how they behave warrants adults permission to bully and mistreat him. IF you have grandchild, do not live here, as I do also and would never allow my children to be around any adult in this park. The new manager Chip even threw away my sons 2 games in the COMMUNITY GAME ROOM, stating to my face today that they do not have or want children so they THREW IT AWAY! Wow. There is so much more I can say and add, but I am now during them in a civil suit as I've now moved after the harassment and bullying on my son to protect him And I don't want to give them ammo to make up stories and attempt to use against me, as they have bullied tenants, and the previous manager who agreed to allow me to move there physically assaulted a disabled tenant after entering her home uninvited just a few months ago, which is why she no longer is the manager there. If you want to be completely miserable, , controlled, and your grandchildren bullied, move here. It's the cheapest in town, and there's many reasons why.
