Our a/c in our home went kaput, so we got a room for the night. We picked The Radisson because of the hottubs and pools; both the indoor AND outdoor ones! For the rooms we decided on the 2 queen bedroom. Those two beds; though smaller than we originally thought were surprisingly comfortable after a night's sleep! Unusual for us not waking up from an uncomfortable bed. The desk /mirror combo had a vanity set vibe to it, nice. And we really appreciated (in this triple-digit heat) how the a/c ran cold for us! The continental breakfast was good; it was nice to see instead of just oatmeal they had additional options such as grits and cream of wheat! The hotel staff: professional friendly and accommodating. The lounge area in the lobby had a great look about it, and the seating was comfortable. I accidentally left some items in the room after checkout, but was able to retrieve them after leaving contact information. The hotels located seconds away from restaurants, gas stations and the main highway. Overall enjoyable! read more

We stayed over the weekend and it was nice hotel. Once you walked in we were notice the guy in the front desk was nice and informative. Lobby was nice and clean like how they had an area where you can just sit and relax. It was a plus that they gave us an option in which floor we wanted to stay in and that got me off guard but we had a choice. Hallways were super clean and it didn't smell like smoke which was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had gone to the restaurant before they closed and they were so helpful we only got appetizers since we weren't to hungry. Appetizers were yummy and specially the desert crème brûlée was yummy the AMF we had were soo good. The waitress was really nice and friendly she made us feel welcome and not rushed at all. The breakfast in the morning was good can't complain, the usual waffles, cereal, toast, eggs ( they even had a veggies with egg white) oatmeal, fruit and teas, coffee and juices. We weren't able to go in the pool outside pool was close and inside pool closed at 10pm and we didn't get a chance to go. The gym look nice and clean. They had vending machines by all the elevators but it was in a room of its own which in that room they had a microwave. Might be a bit expensive but I think is worth it next time we will definitely try to get there early or expand our stay to be able to enjoy the rest of the things they offer. read more

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was the usuals. What ruins a perfectly good hotel is the hotel staff. It seemed like we were a bother to them, nobody wanted to be there. We don't expect to be treated like royalty but we do expect common courtesy. Someone mopping the floor during breakfast and left it wet. A group of 3 workers came down the elevator while we waited. The door opened, they stood blocking the door talking. They then closed the door and left. We stood there looking at each other and pushed the button for another shot at catching it. Awesome hotel in Yuma! We were driving to California from Phoenix, decided to take a break and just continue the drive on the next day. After looking at the prior place we stayed here and them being sold out, we had to find a new one, that's how we came across Radisson. Well, at first, by looking at online photos I wasn't sure. Then, I just drove here and !wow! this hotel is super nice! The photos online don't do any Justice. It is new or kept brand new, super clean, the staff is also very friendly. They have a nice size gym on site, outdoor and indoor pool and hot tub , which we totally used haha. It was a great stay. The rooms are spacious, really nice size and very, very clean. They also have a full size min-fridge, I loved it!!!!!!!!!! This will be our stay going forward when we stop by In Yuma. On the next day, they had break fast available complimentary to guests, pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausage, out meal, toppings, cereal, pasties, juice, coffee, yogurt, tea. We run late for breakfast and got to the dining room literally 5 minutes before ending and it was a non-issue. They simply let us have our breakfast and employees super nice. read more

This hotel is really nice. We absolutely loved our experience staying here . This is the hotel we are going stay in every time we visit Yuma from now on . It's by far the best hotel we have tried in Yuma so far . The rooms are nice and clean . The lobby is decorated nice and really clean . There are 2 pools and two hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs are indoor. They also have a gym. They serve a Continental breakfast and it is pretty good . They have a waffle station , lots of fresh muffins , fresh fruit , hash browns , bacon , scrambled eggs and juices . We enjoyed our breakfast. The place they serve the breakfast is a restaurant and bar . We haven't eaten there yet , but the ad for steak in the elevator looks really delicious. read more

I like the fact there are two pools and whirlpools. Very clean and the breakfast is delicious. Whether you are passing through or looking for a desert get away this is best place. Mark is what hospitality is all about. I arrived way before check-in time, but he told me not to worry as he warmly welcomed me and quickly got me a room. He offered me a choice of floors, got me a room with a view of the city, and worked to make sure it would be nice and quiet too. It seems that a lot of the bad reviews were from a couple of years ago because I certainly had a great experience! Everyone is super friendly, our room was amazing, pillows were awesome, soap was very sudsy, breakfast was bomb, and the location had plenty of parking! I will definitely come back even though around 3 am the train passed by and sounded like it was going to come thru our room for about 5 minutes! This was the only reason for the 4 stars. I'm a light sleeper so it took me a great deal to get back to bed. read more

Today is the first time I have ever stayed at a Raddisson Hotel, and it most definitely will not be the last time! I had a couple of issues arise while trying to book the hotel, but the manager offered to accommodate me and gave me an upgrade for the trouble I went through. Once I arrived at the hotel, everything including the parking lot was spotless! I walked inside and was immediately greeted by a VERY FRIENDLY, and extremely professional young man named David. David was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything I needed to know checking into the hotel, and being a first time guest here. I don't normally say this, but I wish I could give six stars for the service I have received, because from the moment I walked through the doors it was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I once had an issue where the connecting room next to me the people were extremely loud. I told them and they moved me to a none connecting room immediately. It was that kind of quick, responsive and professional customer service that makes this place great. I noticed some people not giving this place 5 stars due to "menthol" in the shampoo and conditioner. There is a LARGE difference between menthol and Japanese mint oil. HUGE difference. Also it's your responsibility to read things before you use them or eat them right? Do I recommend you stay here? YES. I understand things are tough with COVID, but my chief complaint is the WiFi. It was EXTREMELY slow, and as someone reliant on connectivity for remote work, it was very inhibiting. I stayed at the Radisson several years ago and had positive memories, but the hotel hasn't been updated in a while. Clean, comfortable, and really nice bathrooms, but that gosh darn WiFi was a real issue. Kudos on the sack breakfast offering in lieu of open breakfast bar-- masked employee promptly delivers a complimentary bag with juice, bagel, pastry, cereal, and fruit to your room with a call to the front desk. read more

A great hotel stay. If you have beeb on the road for days it is worth staying here. Not only is it pet friendly (with a $15 pet fee) but they also have a guest laundry (free) as long as you have your own detergent and stuff you are good to go! The room itself is roomy and the ceiling was high in our room so we didnt feel like we were in a tiny space. The entryway to the room has plenty of room for movement and luggage. The bathroom is roomy too so you dont feel cooped up. Breakfast was complimentary for us and was your typical breakfast with eggs, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, breads, oatmeal, and sausage/bacon. Stayed at both Holiday Inn and radisson. Holiday Inn takes the lead for their shuttle service, pleasing staff and customer service. For some reason I found radisson staff to be very uptight and unpleasant. But the restaurant is very good is what you pay for.Happy hours are nothing special but the menu is good and expensive. Loved their chicken beacon tenders, pasta, jumbo prawn pasta they were not really jumbo shrimps. And their steak was the best in town. read more

Our check-in experience was wonderful. The desk clerk was a wealth of knowledge. I was going to Los Algodones for some dental work. She told me how to get there from the hotel and what to expect when I got to the border. My room was neat and clean, and I loved the shower... great water pressure, and the handheld showerhead was an added plus. The bed was very comfortable. I usually find it hard to sleep in a bed that is not my own, but I fell right to sleep. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Dinner was delicious, and the waitperson was very helpful, friendly, and funny. He also gave me advice on the local restaurants that I could visit. Overall it was a great experience. The Radisson is a fairly nice hotel in a quiet area of town. Rooms were mostly clean, although on the verge of becoming outdated. All things considered it was a good one night, middle of the week stay. UNTIL we went down for the complementary breakfast. Granted we were a bit later in the time frame showing up right at 9am after we realized 10am was Sundays only. (6-9am weekdays) Imagine the scene, there are a number of people sitting at tables still eating, we ask if the attendant if it's ok to eat. She says no, breakfast is over. We look at each other in dismay as we watch others eating at tables and she begins hauling off the food to throw it out. Uh, is it ok if we take a muffin? Yeah, what's your room number? Lol, where are we at Motel 6? Actually no, Motel 6 treats their guest better than that. Anyway, won't be staying here again, too many other options for us. I'm writing this still sitting in the hotel room about to leave and go find a restaurant to eat before driving back to the Valley. read more

The customer service is really good here. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and very polite. Top notch all the way. The room was clean and the shower is nice once you figure the water out. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Lots of pillows. The breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs(which I like), hotel bacon, cold sausage, fruit, waffle maker, etc. I can't give 5 stars because the coffee is just terrible. We couldn't drink it. It was that bad. So, stay here!!! A great hotel, i stayed here two weekends in a row and had great service. They offered a later check out (if you ask for it) the first weekend 1:30p. The second weekend 2pm. Their free breakfast was great, bacon and eggs for me. The only gripe i had is that if you check out you need to have them reset your key card at noon and they didn't tell me this until after i couldn't get into my room. Otherwise they were fully accommodating and when i complained about it they gave me a coupon for a free deli item. Thus, my issue did not warrant docking them a star. This hotel was ok for one night. The sleep number bed were weird but ok. The noise levels from other rooms was ridiculous! I really thought our neighbors has microphones their voices we're so loud. I could hear them with my headphones on. The hotel was clean and the breakfast ok. I got a slice of cake to bring to my room last night, but the server didn't bother giving me a fork or spoon to eat it with. We did get free tickets to the prison museum and state park. I'd give this place a solid three stars. The main thing that stood out to me was how clean the property was....both inside and out. The people behind the check-in desk were very friendly and welcoming. There was a bowl of apples on the counter. I will say the exterior of the building and the lobby looked newer/more modern than my room, and the floor I was on did. But that's fine. I knew I wasn't staying at the Four Seasons. The important thing was my room was clean and didn't have any weird smells! Sheets on the bed were clean. In terms of comfortableness....I found the bed/pillows to be okay. I've slept in more comfortable hotel beds, but having said that -- I awoke feeling rested for my meeting that morning. My only real complaint was the shower. The control mechanism on the spout diverter (that was supposed to divert water up to the shower head) was broken. I got a little bit of water to flow from the shower head, but most of it poured from the spout into the tub. Consequently, I got a low flow shower, which was a bummer. Would also been nice to have had some USB ports in the room. But overall, I found the hotel to be pretty nice and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again (as long as the shower worked!!). read more

Wonderful! The hotel is immaculate, the staff is amazing and the breakfast was pretty good. This hotel should serve as an example as to how a hotel should be run. What really stands out is how clean this hotel is and how helpful and genuinely friendly the staff is. The staff really takes pride in their work which is so refreshing. The rooms and bathroom are large. The beds are comfy, the AC works great, which you really need in Yuma, and the room is just really well taken care. They have two pools, one indoor and the other outdoor. Yuma can get pretty hot so its nice to be able to have an indoor pool and not be cooking while enjoying some pool time. It is a very family friendly hotel. They do not allow drinking at the pool nor smoking in the complex which is great when you are traveling with children. My two little guys loved it! My oldest kept on saying how much he liked the fancy hotel. When in Yuma, the Radisson is hands down your best choice! read more

Had a quick stop in Yuma, surprisingly there are a lot of hotels here and they are pretty full. The Radison is a very clean and nice establishment. The staff was very friendly and fast, the rooms were very large we had 2 queen size beds in our room and still we had tons of room. The beds are soft and comfy. The breakfast buffet is lacking doe...
