We were just told a water main broke so we have a little pressure tonight. Water being shut off tomorrow morning and service starting about noon. WHAT ??? now no water!!! When we were given our initial spot they were putting us in a place where there was a fire hydrant in the middle of it, obviously we weren't gonna fit and had to call emergency line to speak to someone to move us. He was great and we were given another spot. But... no cable!!! For the price we paid we won't be back. Its too bad the resort itself seems decent and the people in surrounding spots friendly. Alot of people are here fulltime and they have homes and rental cabins. Not our cup of tea. Should have just gonna to Parker i think. Sorry Arizona Oasis, we've been to much nice for less and full hookups with cable and WI-FI were just that.

My boyfriend discovered this RV resort thought it looked really cool so we made a 1 night reservation to stay as fun as it was I wished we had stayed 2 nights. This is by no means is a brand new RV resort it's actually pretty dated but it's super quiet and right on the river. There was an over abundance of mosquitoes and there was a lot of permanent residents that don't keep their mobile homes or lots kept up. But the view was absolutely beautiful, staff was kind and the had a very convenient little store/check in office right on site. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a couple of nights during the off season.

Which is fine, signed a contact for staying there with all the rules and requirements. After a few months they raised the rent and said they where going to fix up the place well the bathrooms where horrible and broken shower heads, locks on door and the site smelled like sewer which made our trailer stink up. I decided to find somewhere else to stay let them know. Well when it was time to refund my money since I only stayed a week in the month they said they can't do that. No where did it state if you leave earlier you don't get a pro-rate amount back. Another thing is the contract states no loud noise after 10pm but when I complained about people partying till 2am they said they can't do anything about it. I would wouldn't recommended this place to anyone.

With three females in my family it was a welcome reprise from the Havasu/Parker s&!% show. Grass, flush toilets, showers and exceptional water. In the last few years it has fallen into a steady state of decline. The grass is more dead that alive, the bathrooms are a disgrace (same toilet paper on the men's bathroom floor for three days, showers are a breeding ground for germs, you have to be Wilt Chamberlain to use the toilets without a stool ... and the girls say theirs is no better). More I could say but see no sense in beating a dead horse. Not sure what has happened but if you are thinking about going there for your hard earned yearly vacation, you might want to reconsider your options. Steve M.
