Use with caution, after going through hell with a mortgage loan due to these "pros" not submitting my personal and business taxes, I had to personally submit them myself. Trying to reach any management is a lost cause. The same preparer will call you and blame it on a "program error" yet never followed through with not submitting them again but happily billed. If I hadn't of been applying for a mortgage loan I would of never known they didn't submit my transcripts. (Months later I found this out after trying to obtain transcripts from the IRS) IRS has records of no submission when I asked for any confirmation, he didn't provide it. Even admitted to not submitting one year over the phone. When asked for a refund, I was told I can get a discount On future work. Money grubbers and scammers. If you've done business with these people, I would highly suggest following up with the IRS to make sure something was actually submitted. read more

They stick to their #onlyindade mojo and blind charge you $305 for a single person filling. 305 dollars is double and/or triple what other much more honest and professional preparers charge. Then they take 6 months to go ahead and remove funds from your bank account on charges for a Tax refund not even the IRS knows they filled for you. And expect it to be the clients responsibility to be diligent in calling the IRS to find out about a refund, then feeling disrespected and insulted when the pissed off client is calling 35 times on a friday ahead of a holiday weekend with an overdrawn account thanks to their negligence. Came here to do my tax last year because it was close to my job and convenient. Place is in a dumpy strip mall on bird road. Office is equally dumpy and employees are not exactly professional. I was happy that I did not wait more than 5 minute for my appointment but that's where my happiness ended. Accountant that did my accounting was young and noticeably inexperienced. Not a big deal as I have the most simple and basic tax filing possible. One job, no dependents, filling single, nothing complicated. Whole process took 10 minutes but only at very end did he tell me the charges for doing my tax were $350!!! Instead of pricing your tax filling on how complicated it is they price it based on your income as they figure you can afford to be ripped off if you make a decent salary. When I balked at the ridiculous pricing I was given some vague explanation that made no sense. Since they waited until end to tell me fees I was stuck paying. Waited to submit my review until I did my tax this year with another company. I was charged $80 and accountant confirmed that my tax return was the most basic/simplest to complete and file. So I went from being charged $350 to $80. I think it is pretty obvious I was ripped off with Tax Pros. read more

There are 3 times of the year I look forward to: Christmas (love the gift in the envelope from my grandparents), my birthday (hubby spoils me every year) and.... tax time! This is our 3rd year using Tax Pros. Their tax preparers are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They have very convenient hours and are usually prompt with appointment times. They are open late at night and on weekends, which is great if you're not a 9-5'er. We are very pleased with their service and will continue to work with them. read more

I was very unfortunate to have someone from Tax Pro of Miami do my taxes. Very unprofessional and after 7 months still have not received my refund. Tax Pro's received my refund last week but claim that they sent it to some non existence bank account that their employee put on my tax return. The whole experience with this company has been awful. Tax Team Pros..... yea right! Had to be the worst company to do your taxes with, save your time and do it on your own. No professional at all in this company. Got my taxes done here, got a refund amount total, waited about 2 weeks nothing... so I call and then they tell me I have to call IRS to get a 1095-A form so that's another week. They enter all my info and said it's 100% done. Wait a week and a half, look up on there so called website to see when I will receive my refund and shows a totally different amount on what I have on my contract. No email or call from company to advice what the issue is. Have to call and wait on hold for an hour no answer and left a message at 9am. No call all day , call at 4 and the first guy was an idiot and had no idea what he's doing and also rude. Telling me that "don't worry what the tracker says it's wrong, what they told you is what you will get" ?? Like wtf... who says that. Then I speak to a "manager" and he's the same... has no idea what he's saying or doing for work. Tells me that now after I turned in my 1095-A that I have lost $750 from the original number I was given. This was a week and a half later... no call, no email nothing explaining or advising that because of that form I would be losing money . read more

Don't waste your time coming here. I filed my taxes with them in April. It's now June 11th and I have not received my taxes as a result of a mistake on their part. After the IRS contacted me I contacted tax pros so they could correct the problem. The woman decided that it was instead my fault and said that I didn't give them all the information they needed. Even after explaining to her that I could prove that all the information had been given she continued to insist it was my fault and wouldn't let me speak. To add insult to injury I had to correct the issue myself after spending an hour on the phone with the IRS and faxing them the necessary documents multiple times. Let's not forget that whenever the return is approved it has to go to their bank account first so that they can receive payment and then from there they'll transfer the remaining balance to your account. If you're in need of your money don't expect to get it in a timely manner with tax pros. This is the service you'll receive for $250 to prepare your taxes and that's not including other fees that they include. It's not worth it, there's better and cheaper service elsewhere. read more

Worst place to file taxes! At first everything was really smooth and response time to emails and calls are almost instant. However, after they get your money you are no longer of much interest to them. These "TaxPros" made a mistake on my taxes and my refund amount was incorrect , so i gave them a call back and all of a sudden Fernando was too busy to deal with me. So i left my name and phone number with Josh about 3 times so that Fernando could return my call. After about a week going by and no call from Fernando i decided to call again and of course Fernando was too busy with a customer and couldn't deal with me. Josh asked if he could help me , so i explained my situation and he said "you're going to have to talk to Fernando about that". Once again he took my info and said Fernando would call me back. Three days later i get a call from Fernando , and i finally get to explain my situation to him which was that my refund amount was higher than they put in the paperwork they gave me. His reponse to me was "oo i don't know how that can even happen, i will look into it". This led be to believe Fernando is very shady. So once again 3-4 days go by and i call him back , once again he is busy and calls me back the next day and tells me he wasn't able to find what went wrong and said he will have a check for me by the end of the week and he will call me when i can go pick it up. The end of the week gets here and no call so i wait a couple more days and still no call , so i call Fernando back and he says " your check has been for several days i just haven't had the chance to call you i've been super busy." I ask him until what time will you be in the office and he says "i will be here until 8pm and Josh will be here until 11pm" so i tell him i cant make it before 8pm so please leave it with Josh and says "No problem." I show up at 10pm and the office is closed , what a surprise! So i call Josh and let him know i am outside and he says "i am at the Flanigans across the street i wish you would've let me know you were coming" so i tell him "i did let you guys know and Fernando said you would be here till 11PM" and he tells me "Fernando didn't tell me anything. 15 minutes later he shows up and gives me my check. It took almost 4 wks for "TaxPros" to fix a "mistake" they made which i am sure was intentional . Stay away from these people! read more
