They kept our paper work for quite some time and never got back to us, we called and they never made the time to fix their own mistakes. Third year going to tax care and working with Zeeshan. So glad I found a local tax guy that is always willing to answer questions and so responsive. Last year we had issues with submission and Zeeshan did everything to make sure we were ok. I texted him yesterday embarrassed for having waited so long to get my taxes done. He set me up with a an appointment next day. Then I even asked if I could just scan my docs. I didn't even have to go into the office. Some offices offer you to pay them through the income taxes. This service did not and didn't mention it until it was time to pay. My first negative review. I have a small business with a pretty straightforward tax situation. I used Taxcare when Jeff was there and was pleased with the service, but I cannot recommend their service for any business now. I hardly know where to start, so I'll summarize: First, my account was assigned to someone who didn't even understand the basics of business taxes. Each time he sent me a draft, I would have to point out very obvious errors - big ones, like doubling employee compensation resulting in hugely important mistakes. After a few of those (and interminable delays), I spoke to Fahim, who assured me that he would review it himself and correct. That was the last time I spoke to Fahim. After that, I never received a single response to any call or email. I was perfectly reasonable! CV-19 must be the problem right? But the corrections would take literally 5 minutes, yet nothing at all! Crickets! Months go by. I tried to put it in myself in another program, but soon gave up. Then I tried them one more time. Please, I begged, just have someone make these simple corrections, let me file and I will pay full price. So they assign me someone new from "their southern calif office" and scheduled an appointment (twice!) that they never showed up for. It has now been 3 weeks and I have finally given up. Now I have to start over with a new service, pay my late fees to the IRS and never, ever deal with these guys again. read more
