Marcos was very personable, insightful and helpful during our consultation...again, we have had our struggles with taxes and were coming off a challenging year so it was refreshing to meet with someone who was not only the expert but was sympathetic. We both walked away from the consultation feeling really good, which is never the case during tax season. Marcos is a true professional. Ayoub and Associates is by far the best place I have had my taxes done at. We have been coming here for a few years now and I must say the service is wonderful. All staff members are professional, polite, calm, and helpful. When we get there, we are always greeted kindly and offered beverages while we wait. Every time we have been in they are always on time with our appointment and have all our documents ready to review. It's a very smooth & painless process. We are in and out of there within the hour which is nice since we usually go during our lunch time. Very convenient! I've also called a few times before coming in to make sure I have everything I need (5+ times) which I'm sure is probably time consuming during the tax season but when someone answers they are always willing to help with an upbeat reaction.
