I had used Tax Thrive some years ago but me moved to Los Angeles and did not want to drive out there. I had problems with my existing tax company being unprofessional by not taking responsibility with a mistake they did and I had to pay the IRS penalty. so this year I decided to go back and have Luis do our taxes and he is very professional, return messages promptly, and reviews all deductions.
