First time visit today. Suggested by a friend. I loved this place from the second I walked in the door! Bright and clean. After struggling to communicate with other employees, we fortunately stumbled upon Nadine. If I owned a business, she would be the exact type of employee I would be looking for. Friendly, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable, just to name a few things. I planned on purchasing a piece of grouper for dinner, and happily left there $200.00 lighter by choice.... It's a long drive from Lake Worth, but if the fish is half as good as Nadine's help, I will gladly make the drive again. Next time I will definitely be eating lunch there. I can't wait. I would advise you avoid the boiled peanuts. They were the second worse I have ever had. I threw the majority of them away. The ones in the cooler from Publix are 100 times better. This is a review of their restaurant. Basically bare minimum eating. Good service and very clean. Reasonably priced. All the fish is fried. If you want fish prepared any other way, this place ain't for you. Fresh deep-fried fish on paper plates with plastic utensils. Good selection of canned beer and single-serve wine (they do have glassware for them). read more

We were in Florida 2 weeks visiting family. Gotta say food game in Florida is weak, but not surprising it's the south(lived in Atlanta 20 years and CA for 10 so I can judge). I must have had 4-5 fried shirmp baskets during our 2 weeks(all about fresh shrimp when I'm FLA). This place was the best. Also their seafood market was impressive. Great local seafoods. We took our elderly parents here and had a wonderful dinner. The seafood was great tasting and cooked to order. Conch fritters were delicious. Good value and generous proportions. We will return again to this hidden gem of a restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. This is our go to place when we want fresh fried seafood. The portion size is over the top and the food matches that. My husband always gets on the the soups or chowders and I'm in for the mahi or shimp. Its a simple place but the food is wonderful. If you can't or aren't into fried seafood your choices are limited to shrimp cocktail or a chowder. They have a nice wine and beer selection. Friendly service, although at times they are slightly overwhelmed. You can also buy fish and seafood to take home from one of the many cooler they have. read more

We just went to Tausha's for the first time last night after hearing our neighbors rave about it for months and we were not disappointed! DH had the fried mahi (all the fish on the dine-in menu is fried) and although he would prefer grilled, he said it was excellent. I had the fried oysters that were some of the best I've had. Great selection of fresh fish, local Florida snacks, a great selection of craft beer and a very interesting wine department! We will definitely return - soon. read more

The fresh fish practically jumps out of the coolers. Selection always varies but quality is the constant. They carry every seasoning you could ever want to prepare your fish. The place is spotless and it always smells delicious. The wine prices are incredible. We just purchased a bottle that cost $20 more at Total Wine!!!! Bonus...really cute t-shirts for sale. From out of town. Noticed this a few days ago taking my father-n-law to get a haircut next door. Decided to try it because I always like a grouper sandwich when I visit. The reviews were good so I came here with my wife. I had the Grouper sandwich and she had the shrimp dinner. Excellent grouper sandwich and slaw. Hush puppies were a nice touch as well. The food was hot and not dripping in grease. For years I always went to another place down the street (which we ate at a few days ago) but not anymore. Wasn't happy with there food this time. I had the shrimp dinner to go and it was EXCELLENT!! Nice big plumb shrimp (at least a dozen) fresh fries,great slaw and two small hush puppies. At $14.99, you need to increase the hush puppies to 4, because they are so small (this is my only complaint, and they are really good!). I would recommend this place to anyone. Travelling north to Stuart saw the sign and decided to pull in as they had some tables set up outside and Boris, our doggo won't let us leave the house without him. Good crowd, my guess is mostly in the know locals. A little off the beaten path in a strip mall. Great soup and an amazing range of fried seafood. After you place your order you can wonder through the market and check out what's in the 30 or so coolers. All filled with fresh locally sourced fish. Really great selection. Buy something, take it home and cook it up. Wish there was a second location in Jupiter. I'd be there like every couple days. We had grouper, nah I man I and clam chowder soup. Gosh, I'm so conflicted about this place! It's got great tasting lobster bisque, and great hushpuppies, and great breaded fish. Problem (for me anyway) is that all of their restaurant fish is breaded. Nothing grilled, broiled, or otherwise - just breaded. Blech. I love an occasional British style fish and chips, but this is not beer batter. Okay, now if you like breaded, then you'll love this place. I actually had breaded salmon. I had never heard of such a thing, but yes, there it was. Was it good? YES! If you like breaded fish, you will LOVE this place. Now here's something I really love: they sell fresh-caught local fish. They sell it out of coolers filled with ice. So best thing is to come in and buy your fish, take it home and cook it the way you want. They have all kinds. Stopped here for lunch and found a great place!!! Everything was fresh and place was so clean. Service was great!! We got the fish dip to start and it actually had fish in it and was delicious.
