Upon recently discovering this I emailed them again notifying them of the issue. They said they showed no record of my cancellation and asked for screenshots of my emails (are you kidding me!??!?!?!). I provided those screenshots 4 days ago and still nothing, now I'm writing this review as a result. What an absolutely deplorable company - you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

If you choose to do business with this agency in any sort of way, beware because they lack ethics, transparency, and professionalism. Pursue at your own risk. To claim no knowledge of her is not a surprise, yet the whole experience has been documented. To make an outright lie that any explanation was given is also no surprise. Again, why do it in the middle of an escrow.? This has been deemed unprofessional by us and many other agencies who have heard this story. I'm just here to share the story and help others make a better decision on who they choose for employment and real estate needs.

What a difference a few years makes!…read more When I listed my Stadium Lofts Condo in Anaheim, I made an agreement with Charisse to ultimately sell/purchase three properties with Caliber Real Estate. The condo in Anaheim from the original review. A condo in Yorba Linda and the purchase of a brand new home to be determined. The deal was they would get commission on the sales of all three properties and rebate me back the one percent commission on the brand new home. In 2021, I viewed a new home in Ontario without Carrie or Charisse and decided it was a place I wanted to purchase. I called Carrie and asked her if she would go with me, and sign me in, so that she would go on the purchase as my realtor and thereby get the one percent commission that came with the purchase. Since it was covid, everyone wore masks the first couple of times we went to see the homes, so there was no question the single time Carrie went with me to sign me in. She was never the procuring cause on the new home! When it came time to list my condo in Yorba Linda, I called Carrie to discuss the rebate on the new home and the listing on the YL Condo. Carrie got mad at me and told me she "Deserved" the commission on all three properties and ultimately got mad at me and hung up on me. A few weeks later I ran into Charisse and told her how unhappy I was with Carrie's attitude and her trying to back out of the deal. She said she would talk to Carrie and get back to me. Sadly, she never did! Needless to say, I never gave them the listing on my condo because I could no longer trust them. In the end, Carrie made over $6,000 on the purchase of my new home. With the entirety of the work involved equaling driving out one time and signing me in at the sales office. I hope the $6,000 was worth it to the two of you! It pains me to write this review, but, it would appear, with the market being so go since Covid, these girls have gotten greedy and forgotten that their word is worth more than a few thousand dollars! If I were you, I would definitely think twice about listing a home or buying a home with agents who cannot be trusted to live up to their agreements. Thank you
