Anyone looking for an absolutely Great broker should seriously make contact with Alan! He helped finance my current home in August 2017 and got me a great rate for that time period! We have kept in touch since then as he is a very personable and sincere broker, and in 2018 he helped my son refinance to a better rate on his home! In 2019, Alan suggested that I refinance from my original FHA loan to get rid of the monthly FHA mortgage Ins, and he got me into a lower cost Conventional loan that lowered my monthly payment by several hundred dollars. Then, in 2020 he reached out to me and told me rates were really low and he might be able to get me even lower payments and sure enough my new loan is saving me $228 per month. I asked Alan if he could help a close family member, and he ended up saving her $340 per month on her loan! Alan is a true master of mortgage financing, and he is honest, dependable and always follows through! He also has a great team around him. We worked with him to get our first home loan, we worked with him to refi into a better loan once we worked on our credit, and just used him again to purchase a new home and each time has been better than the last. He really makes an effort to understand your situation and presents you all the possible options. During our refi, he even helped us come up with a plan to pay off some bills and improve our credit score. The other thing I really appreciate about Alan is that he's very straight forward - he'll do what he can for you, but also won't mislead or make promises he can't keep.
