On the way we passed by Dragonland Tattoo and decided to walk in and see what it's like. As soon as we walked in you could tell it was a reputable shop. The wall was covered in Best Of and NTA awards. I've been wanting to get a star tattoo for a few years now and was surprised to find that they could get me in pretty much right away, so I figured what the heck let's do it! I got a quarter size outline of a star on my right wrist and it took all of 30 minutes from when we walked in just to check it out to walking out with my tat exactly how I had imagined :) My niece's boyfriend got a rose tattoo on his forearm and was able to get in right after me. Our artist Dustin was awesome and eased my tattoo anxiety, making my experience go much more smoothly than my overthinking brain expected. I would encourage an appointment and consultation for most tattoos as we got small, simple ones that didn't really require one. I will definitely be back if I work up the courage to start the sleeve tattoo I've been thinking about getting. I would highly recommend Dragonland Tattoo, 5 stars from us!!!

Shop was clean, Brandon did a good job on educating me about modern piercing protocols. Discussed my likes/dislikes, placement, aftercare, jewelry options, etc. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I came in the door, so it was easy for both of us. Brandon and I discussed scar tissue from previous piercings, he marked the spot he thought would be best. I verified the spot, picked a hoop, and Brandon got 'er done in no time flat! Wonderful experience! Shop was clean, Brandon was clean, UBSI precautions were followed including proper "sharps" disposal, etc. I'm probably not going to go down any body piercing rabbit holes, but if I did...
