My son wanted to get a tattoo while home for Thanksgiving break. We called, they got us in within 2 days. Justin was amazing, the tattoo is awesome. Will definitely go back!

I had an appointment with Maggie, she tattooed my daughter's art work. I told her that I couldn't give her color ideas because my daughter didn't have any, just that she likes rainbows, her favorite colors are green, pink and purple and my favorite color is turquoise. When I came home my daughter said it was perfect. The tattoo is now a year old and my daughter still runs her fingers over it. We're both very happy with it.

I'm getting a significant piece done by Kerry currently and can't say enough great things about her. She has been ab artist for a long time and her veteran status shows from the level of her artwork and her demeanor towards clients. After visiting the last few sessions I've learned that only genuinely good humans work in this shop. If you're considering a new piece, I highly recommend connecting with the artists at Crazy Lady Ink to see if there's a good fit for your design style and desired piece.

My friend made a reservation about 2 weeks out and they made us put a down payment of $100 for each of which was a little pricey for how small the tattoos were gonna be. It was 3 of us getting celestial matching tattoos. Once we got there we talked to the receptionist and she told us that was a little pricey as well and she said that the price should be closer to $60 each. So we filled out our paperwork and then talked to our artist who was very chill and cool. It under an hour for us to get our tattoos. After the fact, our artist then talked to the owner and asked about the cost and he said "yea it should be all covered then". The tattoo was meh as you can tell but that's not what I'm mad about. For less than a nickel size tattoo, $100 is way overpriced especially with this shabby line work. The aftercare is that we received was just a pamphlet.

My sisters mom and I came in for a memorial tattoo for my grandma in her handwriting and Michael and everyone at crazy lady treated us with nothing but kindness! We are super excited about the outcome! The shop is clean, the prices are reasonable, and they give you all of the aftercare instructions needed.

Linda Malone was once married to Mike Malone, AKA Rollo Banks, and he was her mentor as well. They met in Hawaii while Rollo was working at China Sea Tattoo Company under Sailor Jerry. He later inherited the shop. She started this shop in 1991 after leaving Aloha Monkey (Burnsville), the shop she and Rollo established. Piercing is the best in the state if not the entire Midwest. Quite an extensive jewelry selection and can special order just about anything. Tattoo artist, Edsel, is quite the artist also keeping the excellent tradition going that his sister has established.

Everything I asked for in a tattoo.

This place is so wonderful, I emailed them about getting a tattoo for my birthday, then replied I made a walk in appointment, I was able to meet with the artist I liked and everything went smoothly. The people there were so nice and friendly. We joked about things and Kerry did an amazing job on my tattoo. I'd definitely go back for my next tattoo.

Loved the people and love my tattoos. I walked right in and got exactly what I needed same-day. You couldn't ask to work with nicer people.

I have no bad things to say as far as the services rendered or environment I will however say I did not expect to have to pay $25 for her to pop my stud back in - yikes! If I had realized this before coming I may have shopped around a bit more but as it was I have no complaints and if it is within your price point I would definitely recommend!

I had an hour slot booked where I wanted to do a couple smaller memorial tattoos in memory of my mother who passed from ovarian cancer. The nice thing is, I had changed my mind a bit since showing the initial proof to Zion Tattoo when I initially booked. Travis was totally fine with it and adjusted to my wants. I also appreciated how he added his input on my ideas to ensure they looked good upon completion. I was there for about 45 minutes, everything was fast and inclusive. It was an amazing experience in a clean and comfortable environment and I appreciated how Travis kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing alright and was just very personable. He takes pride in his work and I'd definitely recommend Travis at Zion as an artist and one who especially pays attention to detail - even the smaller detail tattoos - and I will definitely be returning again for more!

The apprentice is supervised by a senior piercer, in my case the shop owner, and it was a great experience. We went slow and had an easy paced consultation making sure the placement was just right and would also meet the kind of jewelry I wanted. They were happy to change and mark placement multiple times until I was satisfied and the owner was happy. All in, I paid $90 for both piercings including jewelry plus a tip. Fraidy Cats came HIGHLY recommended by a friend who has been going to the owner Jamie for a decade now. I have 15+ piercings so this is not new territory for me. The same friend called the studio in the morning to check in with Jamie. Two of us wanted two new piercings, not one, and she said one appointment slot per person would be ok. We also let her know we had our own jewelry and she said it would have to be processed. She instructed us to book three back to back appointments with the same piercer online so we did just that and reserved an hour and a half time between the three of us (4pm-5:30pm). We arrived on time (3:58pm to be exact) and Jamie told us that she "messed up" the schedule and needed to help someone else first, but the staff came over to take care of us so it was fine. Our group of three proceeded to complete paperwork and a very lengthy after-care presentation. We were just following the staff's instructions so we figured we were still on schedule. Jamie joined us and called us by they/them pronouns by default which seemed thoughtful. She asked where we bought our jewelry from since it needs to be high quality. She went back and forth between the lobby where we were and her office on the other side of the wall to google the names of the studios where we said we bought the jewelry. Not sure if that's the best way to verify jewelry quality but ok. This was when things went south. Jamie said there was now only enough time for one of us to get pierced with jewelry that we brought and that there was no longer time for two of us to get two piercings each and that we would have to come back a different day. So we let my other friend who was visiting from out of state have that slot. I asked Jamie to process my jewelry alongside my friend's jewelry because I had a feeling there would be enough time for me. She reluctantly agreed and guess what? There was enough time -- my piercing was completed at 5:22pm. The piercer who did my tragus was kind, professional and personable. Unfortunately things didn't go as planned. Immediately after putting in the jewelry, she told me that it was slightly off and asked me to check the mirror. I calmly said that I didn't like it and asked that we remove it. She said ok but had to notify Jamie first. Jamie stormed in and was completely on the defense, saying things like, "This is a great piercing" and "It looks great to ME." I stayed quiet nearly the entire time. I struggle with social anxiety and standing up for myself, so the last thing I wanted to do was defend myself and start crying. All I was able to say was, "This isn't the placement I agreed to and I want it removed." Jamie removed the jewelry from my ear and explained to the piercer how it was at the wrong angle, while still not validating my decision to have it removed or apologizing for her piercer's lack of proper training. She also didn't do anything to stop the blood from pooling inside my ear and then raised her voice at me when I tried sitting up to prevent blood from going down my ear canal. The piercer tried helping me and Jamie started barking at her asking if there was blood on her floors (there wasn't). Thankfully Jamie left the room shortly after. When we left, Jamie didn't come out to ask how I was doing or say goodbye to my friend who, again, has been going to her for years and consistently refers people to her studio. I went back shortly after we left to ask for my deposit to be refunded since no one had mentioned it at any point. A staff member went to Jamie's office to ask and said that Jamie would take care of it within a few days. At this point it was clear that Jamie had no intention of seeing us out or following up on my experience. Again, this review has absolutely nothing to do with my botched piercing. These things happen. The problem is the way I was treated by Jamie. She had more respect for my pronouns than my well-being. Also I received my refund AFTER this review was posted on Google.
