That is just pathetic, waiting five minutes is the worst thing that could happen, the worst possible rating??? smh. Honestly, I have nothing I could come up with negative about this place. If I was super picky I'd say maybe the parking lot gets a little full during lunch rush sometimes, but it just means it takes 45 seconds to find a spot and that is if I'm being super picky. It's sad to me that a business like this that consistently goes above and beyond and does a great job isn't rated higher.
