Jeff should not be a tattoo artist. Lines not straight, tattoo had many over worked areas, the letters and numbers look like a child did it. I would not recommend this place and suggest you go to another shop. Walked in asked about a cover up and the artist Jeff was the rudest most unprofessional person I met in my life!!! He cussed me out when I wasn't sure what I wanted except I knew it needed to be tropical and he told me to get the fuck out because I have no clue what I want and I'm drunk and he doesn't tattoo drunks! And when I tried to explain I don't drink alcohol im disabled and it is the effect of my medicine that makes me slur my words at times he told me I don't care get the fuck out of my shop so I said we'll fuck you to then and turned to leave and he came up behind me came thru the gap in the counter as I passed and punch me in the nose busting it I'm bleeding everywhere and then he ran back behind the counter like coward and when i followed he pulled out a bowie knife and told me now I'm going to kill you and I quickly left went across the street and called the police!! I'm pressing charges and I'm suing Jeff and the owner of tattoo wharehouse!! After I also discovered the owner has pending drug charges already and Jeff has tons of horrible reviews from mistreated customers!! I have several tattoos, which were done by another artist at another shop. I always said I would never get work done here, but two of my close friends just said I was getting bad information... turns out I wasn't. I went with my fiance and decided to finally let Charles do my ENGAGEMENT RING tattoo... HUGE MISTAKE!!! I brought in the design, which was simple, not too much detail, but perfect for what I was wanting. I didn't think there was any way he could mess it up, and I was so very wrong! It turned out NOTHING like the design I brought in, and I was so upset... this was my ENGAGEMENT RING, forever to be tattooed on my finger!! It turned out so badly that Charles told me to give it some time to heal and he would fix it at no charge, but I never went back, there was no way I was going to let him try and fix it, I would rather pay another artist full price just to try and fix up the mess of a tattoo I ended up getting from Charles!! Not only that, but my fiance also brought in a design as well, and Charles said he could "probably do it", but wanted to charge him over $300 for it, and we had already gotten quotes from other shops, the highest being $150. My fiance ended up going next door to Boundless, where they not only did it for $150, but they didn't "try" to do the design he brought in, the artist did it PERFECTLY!! They wanted $25 more than Charles to do my ring tattoo, and I wish I would have just paid the higher amount at Boundless, because I would have walked out of there with the engagement ring tattoo that I wanted, not the mess I have now that I have to get fixed!! I should have stuck with my gut, which was that I should NEVER go to Charles to get work done. I will NEVER return, nor would I EVER recommend Tattoo Warehouse to ANYONE. I wouldn't return even if he offered to do anything I want for free, that is literally how low my opinion of his work is. For the price I paid, my tattoo SHOULD have been dead on. So very disappointed, especially given the fact that I got my tattoo from Charles himself. read more

Went in and had waited over 30min for the piercer, I had even called before going in and they assured me he was available. When I got the piercing things seemed alright the piercer (other than him being late) was very nice and professional. I had gotten my rook pierced and it was A very fast piercing. So about 3 days goes by and I wake up to the whole side of my face on fire and swollen! I rushed to the doctor as soon as I realized it was very infected. The doctor took a sample of the pus that was coming from the hole, and it came back positive for MRSA! I have gotten piercing before and clean them every couple of hours, I have never had an issue previously with piercings getting infected! DO NOT GO HERE, YOU DO NOT WANT MRSA IT IS VERY SERIOUS! read more

I got two tattoos done by Doc about 2 weeks ago one on the back of my calf and the other on my chest. I have a pretty decent amount of tattoos(25+) and most of them are much bigger and more detailed then the two i got last week from Tattoo warehouse. i have never had any tattoo infections or any problems with any tattoo healing I also have the 30+ piercings and have never had an infections, i'm not a professional but i know how to take care of my tattoos. I even got a tattoo at flesh gear a little less then a month before I came here and it healed within 5 days with no issues at all and it's the same size as the tattoo i got on my calf. (Flesh gear does an amazing job i recommend if ur looking for somewhere good) . Keep in mind I have always used the exact same aftercare routine with the same brands and everything. During the tattoo Doc took multiple smoke breaks which i have no issues with but my leg was bleeding very heavily (much more blood then usual for when i've been tattooed previously) and he didn't leave me with anything to clean it up with so while he was smoking i had blood dripping on my leg but overall the tattoos turned out looking really good. He shaded the one on my calf extremely dark and a lot more shading then i felt was necessary compared to the picture i showed but i knew once it healed it would be LITTLE lighter so it was no problem. My calf was so irritated after he finished it was purple and i was in pretty serious pain throughout my whole lower leg but obviously tattoos hurt so i assumed it was normal just a new location. When i got home i couldn't walk at all putting pressure on the leg made it give out completely and it felt like a torn muscle. when i looked at my leg it did not look normal to me for a tattoo that was only a couple hours old but I cleaned it up and it looked much better even though the pain was still the same. I waited it out for 3 days hoping it would get better and i still could not walk at all, the tattoo did not look normal like any other tattoo i've had done. i assumed it must have gotten infected so i went to Immediate care and the doctor prescribed me antibiotics, i took them for 3 days and still could barely walk so i called the store to see if this was normal for calf tattoos and what i should do about it and the owner told me to send him pictures and then never responded like what was the point of that? I ended up having to go to another doctor because the pain is still so bad over a week later and the doctor told me that he definitely over worked the area so much so that it caused muscle damage to my calf and I also could of gotten some type of infection from un-sanitary area/supplies so he had to run blood work. i'm still having problems walking, i went Jan 22nd it's the 1st now. so if it wasn't great enough that i had to pay $100+ in medical bills AND pay 365 just for a tattoo that has limited my ability to walk now both of the tattoos look awful now, it looks like i have had them for longer then any other tattoo on my body. I have two tattoos on my chest and the one i got 4 months ago is 3 shades darker then the one that i got less then 1 month ago and part of the tattoo is so light you can't tell what it is the lines aren't there. The tattoo on my calf was SO dark and over worked that somehow the ink came off on its own and not just an average amount . it looks very disgusting even though the other tattoo i got on my chest that day which didn't have almost any shading and only took an hour healed completely perfect besides how faded it is. Not only is it disappointing to have wasted my money but it's literally not safe to get tattoos from here and clearly no one who works there cares but u should if ur thinking of getting something permanent. read more

Absolute Garbage Tattoos. Please stay away. No one here is properly trained! I would know. I'm covered in tattoos done by actual professionals (Including some big names in the industry) I told my girlfriend to stay away from here, but she said her tattoo was too simple to be messed up. She was just getting a tiny outline on her arm. While she was getting the tattoo, she noticed the piece of sh*t artist was changing up the design, so she questioned him, he said he was "making it look better" she didnt know what to say after that, he was supposed to be an artist so she let him do it. When the artist got done w it. It was nothing like the original idea plus all the lines were crooked and had tons of blowouts. My friend and I waked into the shop and were not immediately greeted. We thought okay we understand a man is drawing out a customers tattoo and the lady was getting some supplies together to start a boy's piercing. 1-2 minutes went by without an ounce of acknowledgement. After 10 minutes with not ONE person acknowledging us we left. Both my friend and I are people of color and can only conclude this mistreatment was due to the color of our skin. Don't even waste your time going here. I tried taking my niece and her friend here for matching butterfly tattoos and first waited inside the shop for 10 minutes to find out as we were walking out that all the employee's and owner were outside in a truck. They then said even though they open at 12, their artist was running 20 minutes late. I wrote down our names and my number for them to call me and we waited outside. 20 minutes later, we checked in again and still no artist. We were then told the owner would just tattoo us but he just left and would be 20 minutes (which was more like 40). When we showed him the tattoo and size, he immediately gave us attitude and said he's not doing that, we're going to have to pick a different butterfly. I tried thinking of ways to make it more simple but nothing was working. So we offered to switch the tattoo to a rose so it would be much easier. Well, the owner then gave us attitude again. He also was giving us a hard time about placements of the tattoos and said "I'm not going to put that there so it can fade and you say you got a shitty tattoo"... He also had said "you girls have things to do, well I have plenty of things to do too". At that point, I told him we were no longer going to get them done there. I have heard bad reviews on this place, however decided to stop by with my daughter. We wanted snake eye tongue piercings. He had a bad attitude since we walked in, I went first and i guess i was not sticking out my tongue enough. Which he then kept telling me to stick it out more and pushed my jaw down! Which i was not having that! I proceeded to tell him if he didnt want to do the piercing he didnt have to , but i did not tolerate his rudeness and lack of customer service. Went in to get a tattoo for my grandma who raised me who passed not even a week before.. Come in and tell the guy, I believe his name was Reverend Jeff, what I want and show him. He then goes to draw it up as I walk over to see how it's going he looks up at me and says "You better not be watching me, Do you not know how F****** annoying that is", So I said sorry and walked away, He then started to do my tattoo which is on my forearm down towards my wrist and speaks to me like I'm 2, Tells me how I'm such a good girl and I'm doing great for a girl and just talks in a baby voice towards me. Great service, went in for my first tattoo and I really enjoyed it. The outside looks a little sketchy but once you go inside its cleaner and very friendly and comfortable. Shop minimum is $50 which is lower than most other tattoo parlors in the area, so if you're looking for something small this is the perfect place to go. Not only did they never respond to my phone calls after I put down a size able deposit, but when I went in to see what the deal was they "lost my artwork/sketches and any notes of my concept". I came to Tattoo Warehouse for my bellybutton at 13, and my first tattoo at 18. I had very fond memories, despite its obvious reputation. I decided to stop in and get a memorial piece for my late girlfriend, since she had taken me here for my first inking. Charles remained seated, watching TV, while I chatted with a man who never introduced himself or shook my hand. This individual was not only condescending & unprofessional, but had an overwhelming stench and was unable to trace even the simplest of designs. He was very gruff, and was repeatedly derogatory under the guise of jest- saying I was a "joke" for wanting a hand tattoo (Despite having them himself?), mocking my design.. instantly explained why the shop was dead on a Friday afternoon . This man was so off-putting and rude I didnt bother mentioning that this was for my girl who passed in October and was only 22. I couldnt imagine getting a permanent piece from somebody like this guy. They have multiple tv's to not only entertain the customers getting tattoos but to entertain anyone else who shows up to watch. The customer service is exceptional. All 3 employees who were present when we arrived were extremely friendly and personable which combines for a fantastic environment. A very fun and entertaining place to be at if you're getting a tattoo or just watching. We showed up at the Tattoo Warehouse on a sunday night at 10:03 after calling them before and letting them know we would be late. Having such exceptional customer service they still invited us and asked us to check out they're beautiful work. All 3 customers left feeling welcomed and satisfied with the customer service and work of the tattoo artists expressed.
