This shop is a hidden gem! I did lots of research prior to having my nose pierced and Tattoo Revival came out on the top of my list. They did not disappoint and even exceeded my expectations. He was informative and had a calm demeanor which was most appreciated because I was nervous. He walked and talked me through every step. I recently got my ears to accept jewelry again in the 6 holes I have between the pair. Except one is middle outer ear and near cartilage and wasn't happy when I slept on that side as the stud would jam into the back of my ear and cause so much pain I would wake up. After a simple ask on Facebook of who I could go to to help me, I immediately went to Molly. I trusted their reviews and hers and felt safe going to her. We messaged back and forth a bit and then I went in, just to get new jewelry. They immediately make everyone wash their hands, you can't get in without calling, the place just feels clean and safe and I knew I was in good hands. I ended up replacing two pieces of jewelry and I'm in love with them. I love that one of the pieces supported a woman owned maker and that I was made aware of who made what piece. I'm already planning on replacing a few more pieces with their jewelry so it is safe for me and comfortable awake or asleep. Came into the shop ready with money. I asked if they do tapout sessions out of curiosity. As I wait on the artist to finish drawing something up he comes out and tells us to leave because we asked if they do tapout sessions. The other artist proceeds to lie and say that we disrespected them and were saying we can get our own tattoo equipment. Worst shop ever. read more

Brought a friend in for a nostril piercing. She bought upgraded jewelry and new belly button jewelry. I also bought new nostril jewelry and between the two of us spent almost $200. I got home and the stud is too big, so I called to ask if I could replace with a smaller one. They wouldn't replace nor offered to any sort of discount since it didn't work out. I went to tattoo revival to have an earring back switched out.It was time for me to size down the back for my upper lobe piercing. I had it pierced on vacation 6 weeks ago and have had it in with no issues since then. I went to Molly on a Saturday and by Monday morning my earring was gone. Luckily it turned up 2 days later. I then noticed that the back Molly gave me was bigger in diameter than the one I went in with. The earring simply wasn't secure. I went back in and Molly agreed that the back was bigger than the original but didn't have one that was smaller and wouldn't refund my money because "it's their policy". Such a poor business practice. Bad vibe all around. read more
