I have never felt so taken advantage of by any tattoo shop until I went to Twisted Ink. I was a fool and went back a second time. Frank started my breast cancer tattoo last July (2023). I went in with an idea of what I wanted and we chatted via text many times. I kept asking about price and he said "Don't worry, I'll take care of you". That was my first mistake! I went in the first time to get my outline. I was in his chair maybe 2 hours with him taking at least 2 breaks... so he wasn't tattooing the entire time. He finished and we went up front for me to pay and I asked how much I owed him. He looked at me and said $400! I thought o heard him wrong so I asked again. He said $400. I said "seriously"?. He said yes. They don't take credit or debit cards so I had to do to the bank and get him cash. I went on the second time thinking o was getting the color put in the tattoo. He informed me that before I could get color that I would have to have shading. I didn't understand that really, but I said okay. I asked him how much. He said "it won't be that much". Ppffttttt.... what the *uck ever. I again say in his chair for less than 2 hours this time with him taking at least 2 breaks. I got up front to pay and he again said $400! I couldn't believe it. So I went to the bank again to get cash. I came back and paid him and asked how much it was going to cost to get color and he said "Well it will be more than today"!!!!! That's when I decided that I had been ripped off enough. I will NEVER step for back in his shop, and i will NEVER recommend anyone to him or Twisted Ink Tattoo Shop. I have 9 other tattoos and have never been charged these exuberant prices. I really don't know how they are still in business. read more

Go anywhere else! I got a piercing done at this studio because it was the only place open on a weekend night. Mistake. First and foremost, no one was wearing masks (COVID times) and we were not told at the door that we needed to pay in cash (we had to run to an ATM in the middle of our appointment). Upon getting the piercing, the piercer did not mark my ear but instead stuck a needle straight through my ear without having me check the location. Previously, I have gotten cartilage piercings with smaller earrings but this store did not have any options other than earrings normally used to pierce earlobes. After only a couple days, a serious infection developed requiring antibiotic and topical treatment. I washed my ear with antibacterial soup three times daily so I am fairly confident that I was not in error. When I called the store, the man said that he would "take a look" at my ear if I came in but I had already gone to a medical professional who looked at the infection. Twisted Ink did not refund me. Maybe they can give a good tattoo but I'd stick to other stores for piercings. UPDATE. A week later MY FRIEND GOT THE EXACT SAME INFECTION. Save your ears and go to a body jewel :) read more

Twisted ink ia the most horrilbe tattoo shop ever!! i have the worst tattoo and so does my daughter.. I have seen prison tattoos that look better. Went back 4 times for it to be "fixed" making an appointment each time only to be told by Frank, he didn't have time. He had the mosrt hateful additude of anyone i have met even going so far as to get in my face cussing and yelling to the point I thought I was going to be attacked. I am getting it fixed at Tattoo Sams, Since you don't have a zero star I rate thm as ------below zero. I wouldn't recommed them to anyone. His business must be on the brink of closing as there was no one there!!! Totally disappointed.. After paying for it I now have to pay again for it to be fixed. read more

I have my septum pierced and today one of the balls fell off my jewelry. I went into Twisted Ink to get a new ball and the guy that helped me was super nice and awesome. He even tried to help me put on the new ball when I couldn't get it to screw on. He eventually just gave me a new jewelry piece because the ball size didn't match my jewelry size. I would highly recommend you give them a try. They're super nice, and helpful; I'll definitely go there next time i want a piercing! read more
