I went to Inksane on October 15, 2024 and had the worst piercing experience I've ever had. When I…read morearrived, the staff was outside on a smoke break and asked what I wanted to get done. I said that I was looking to get my tongue pierced and when they decided who was going to be piercing me, the chosen man seemed very annoyed. After filling out paperwork, I went to the piercing room and the man did not say one word to me the entire time. He dried my tongue off with a paper towel and then reached for something. I figured it was something to mark my tongue with and then all of the sudden he was piercing my tongue. No warning, no marking, no clamps, nothing. Additionally, he pushed the needle through the top of my tongue excruciatingly slow, and I was in intense pain the entire time, which is abnormal for a tongue piercing. Afterwards, I went to the lobby to pay, and the man still had not said a single word to me. I was told nothing about aftercare either but luckily, I had done my own research before. I did not even want to pay because it was the most unprofessional thing I had ever experienced. I left the shop and proceeded to panic in my car because I was extremely worried about my tongue and if the piercing was placed correctly. Again, luckily, it healed fine, and I did not notice any damage. However, I will never be returning to Inksane. Before this experience, I had gotten my daith pierced at Inksane by Magen, their lead piercer, and had an amazing experience. She was nothing like the man who did my tongue. I was excited to go back and have another good experience but that did not happen, and I will never return. If you are looking to get pierced here, do not allow anyone to pierce you except Magen. Do better Inksane.

4/16/26 Randy started a cover up on my lower back. He did the outline only. He collected the full…read moreamount and told me to come back in 3 to 4 weeks when it was healed to finish it. I came back a week later and thought I would get started on another cover-up. I had on my arm this time once again, he did the outline only and charged me the full amount and told me to come back in 3 to 4 weeks when it was healed to finish it when it was time to come back for my appointment to finish my back something was going on in the shop and he couldn't finish it, but he could not give me a time and arguing with me. Then every time that I tried to make an appointment, he had excuses and he was always too busy. He got an attitude with me every time I tried to contact him. Six weeks had passed since the first tattoo and I still couldn't even get an appointment date scheduled. The last conversation we had. He got completely out of control with me on the phone, cussed me out and told me he was not completing my tattoos and that if I tried to leave a review, he would sue me. So I had to get my back finished by someone else which in all honesty is better anyway because his work is crappy. unfortunately I have to pay twice as much to get the tattoos done, but when I was in the shop getting it done there was a lady in there who said he had done the exact same thing to her down to threatening not to leave a review. So everyone should know don't go to him unless you want to pay full price for half of a crappy tattoo. The one on my arm I have to have covered over because they said no one can do that. It's probably why he didn't want to finish that one because it's a total disaster!! I have several tattoos and this is by far my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
