She explained everything step-by-step and told us exactly what was going to happen and what to expect, which helped a lot. She was really clean and professional, but most important she was gentle and careful which I appreciated. My son had barely any swelling, no bruising at all, and everything is healing perfectly. The piercing was quick and way better than he expected. I wouldn't do it any other way and would definitely recommend her, especially if you're nervous like my son.

The quality honestly resembles the type of tattoos you might get at a Swapmeet rather than a professional studio. Based on what I saw, much of the work appears to be at an apprentice level at best. When you go to a tattoo shop, you expect experienced artists who can deliver clean lines, solid shading, and well executed designs, but that standard just wasn't there here. I want to start this off by saying WOW! Amazing, all around great experience from start to finish…read more I came early around 8:20 AM for Friday the 13th and had the best time! Check in was easy and simple there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy it all went by so fast. Everyone working is so nice and positive, especially the owners you can really tell they CARE! I came in for a belly piercing and my second lobe piercing. I was extremely nervous for my belly piercing, I have a very low pain tolerance and Jen made my experience better than I could've imagined!!! She seriously is so great, she gained a forever customer for sure. They were fairly busy but Jen still took her time to be patient with me and make conversation which I really appreciated considering how nervous I was. She was quick, careful and very gentle.
