I found Tattoo Blvd by following barrysan on Instagram! Sorry, I don't know how to tag Instagram!! I highly recommend this shop! I got my tattoo done in two sessions and had the privilege of working with Barry. He was so professional yet made me feel comfortable and he even gave me his IPAD to watch movies while I got tatted!! Barry's line work is incredible and I would call him a perfectionist for sure! This tattoo took time, but who doesn't want a perfect tattoo?! The rest of the people in the shop were also super fun and friendly. This is a great spot to get your next tattoo! PS- One more comment about how great my experience was! For my first session, I accidentally wrote down the wrong date. When Barry didn't show up (because I messed up the day and was a day early) I called him to let him know I had made a mistake and was there on the wrong day. I came in and got a tattoo by John about a week and a half ago, and I am extremely satisfied with my new piece. First thing when I came in I was promptly greeted, and unlike some shops I've been to in the past, the artists were all really friendly. They have some really awesome prints all over the shop, so for my short wait to see John, I definitely had plenty to look at. Next I have to say that John is meticulous, in the best way! His set up was textbook sterile, and I had no doubt at all he knew what he was doing. My tattoo has perfect placement on the back of my arm above the elbow, and even though I had to sit awkwardly, John was sure to check often that I was still comfortable. I was given excellent after-care instructions, and my tattoo healed up swiftly. After meeting some of the artists in the shop and looking at their work posted up I most certainly be returning for more tattoos and maybe even a piercing! read more

Very clean and professional shop. I loved all the art hanging all over the walls! You can tell these are true artists. I looked through their Instagram to find an artist I liked (@tattooboulevard) but it looks like they have so enough artist specializing in all kinds of styles to really fit anyone's needs. I've gotten a few tattoos done by Angel Cruz (@angel_26r on instagram). I thought my pieces were complex as they are tattoos of paintings by my favorite painter Esao Andrews, but Angel's skill goes way beyond my expectations. It literally looks like someone painted with oil paints on my skin! Perfect colors. He also did some realistic black and grey roses on my leg. I still can't believe how amazing they look! Ive gone to Tyler Kraiss for my last 4 tattoos now. Ive decided that theres no one else that Id rather have tattoo me. He is an amazing, creative artist who is extremely professional. The 1st was a little something to represent my profession in the medical community caduceus. I was hooked from the start. His professionalism, and respect for his clients is amazing. I went to Tattoo Blvd for the first time yesterday. The only reason I traveled that far north was for Adrian because he is absolutely amazing! About three years ago I got lettering on my back from him at his old shop on Western, then came to his new place for a touch up and a new piece on my ribs. Throughout the entire process he was extremely nice and talkative which helped keep my mind off the pain, and he also let my two friends come back with me which was extremely appreciated! The shop is also very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to him for any other tattoos I'll be getting, and I recommend him for anything from detailed pieces to simple ones too. I've been on quite the tattooing journey with Tyler. I'm really happy to say that not only do I have an incredible piece of his art on my arm forever, I've also gained an amazing friend in the process. I was referred to Tyler through a friend; I had seen his work and loved it. When I explained to him what I wanted he was really excited to draw some things up for me. The one thing I was most worried about was the cost, but he worked with my budget so it wasn't a problem. Was following Tattoo Blvd member Barry San on instagram for about a year and had to hit him up. He makes sure to meet in person and have a long talk about your design to make you feel comfortable with what you are getting into, and proceeds to absolutely kill it. Cant speak for the rest of the crew although sitting in the waiting area I could tell their art was all impressive, but this guy is probably the easiest going / most hands on artist ive ever received ink from. 10/10 recommend to a friend looking for Polynesian / mandala / dot work style designs read more

Tattoo Boulevard has a great atmosphere and so many artists to choose from with many different styles. The shop has a clean environment filled with friendly people. I go to Tyler for mostly traditional work but he doesn't hesitate to do other styles. He's open to ideas and will collaborate; I've seen him do some sick trippy/psychedelic stuff! Barry gave me a wonderful experience on my long process of a tattoo. Everyone there is the absolute nicest people I have met at a tattoo shop. Gave Buddy at Tattoo Blvd the extremely vague instructions of "I want a big spider, can you draw something cool?" And my TOTALLY CUSTOM spider piece is amazing. Her style is pretty different--she should be your girl for slightly creepy (but pretty!) black and grey work--but that is a guarantee that you won't end up with someone else's exact same boring ol' tattoo. I came in this shop with high expectations. I gave kiddo a picture of what I wanted and he took the time to adjust everything to my needs such as the size and detailing. He was quick and gave me time to take breaks as needed. He was welcoming, kind, and funny. My tattoo was a Mickey Mouse, full of some of my favorite Disney characters.
