The first one went fine but then he would cancel appointments and reschedule. One appointment was rescheduled 3 times. On one occasion she waited in his lobby for over an hour and then he came out to let her know he had to reschedule. When she shared her frustrations with his time management he told her the world doesn't revolve around her. He would not refund any of the money and then made it seem like it was her that was not keeping appointments. We have messages and time stamps to show that he canceled most of the appointments in addition to keeping her waiting. He will not refund any of the money and we have lost faith in him to keep his word. We will not be making another attempt schedule with him and she now has an incomplete tattoo on her lower leg.

They are running a special on piercings right now and Will does the piercings. He's very hygienic and talks you through everything. He is very kind and helpful. I then was able to get my tattoo with Marc. He too was hygienic and talked me through it. Very sweet and it did not hurt. I absolutely love the outcome of the tattoo!
