The first one went fine but then he would cancel appointments and reschedule. One appointment was rescheduled 3 times. On one occasion she waited in his lobby for over an hour and then he came out to let her know he had to reschedule. When she shared her frustrations with his time management he told her the world doesn't revolve around her. He would not refund any of the money and then made it seem like it was her that was not keeping appointments. We have messages and time stamps to show that he canceled most of the appointments in addition to keeping her waiting. He will not refund any of the money and we have lost faith in him to keep his word. We will not be making another attempt schedule with him and she now has an incomplete tattoo on her lower leg.

They are running a special on piercings right now and Will does the piercings. He's very hygienic and talks you through everything. He is very kind and helpful. I then was able to get my tattoo with Marc. He too was hygienic and talked me through it. Very sweet and it did not hurt. I absolutely love the outcome of the tattoo! You want your tattoo to be connected with an artist you resonate with energetically and to be executed the way you want it. I judge people based on their treatment of me and my personal experience with them. The eagle tattoo Charlie created on my husband was beyond our expectations and devastatingly beautiful perfection. She never took breaks unless my husband requested a cigarette or bathroom break. Her work performance, vitality, and endurance were very impressive. She stood on her feet tattooing for a total of 15 hours (2 days work) with little rest. She even refused repeatedly to take a cash tip from us, but we insisted and gave it to her. If anything, her exemplary workmanship and professionalism was beyond our satisfaction and high expectations. Her tattoo demanded a higher price than what she quoted us. I would have given her an additional $1,000 in cash IF I had an astronomical and consistent cash flow to show our appreciation and gratitude to Charlie's superb craftsmanship.
