Love Love Love this salon! I went in for a full set and was greeted and seated as soon as I walked in! The staff were so kind and asked for a photo of what I wanted. Very poor service for me,I honestly feel like they talk about you, when they are doing your nails, the person who did my simple manicure almost put nail polish on before removing the old polish, don't ever let them remove your cuticles, after my nails were poorly done,I was placed in an area to supposedly dry my nails, and none of the equipment worked, 1 week later my nails are in bad shape and the price for this was 30 dollars, shame.. read more

Wonderful girls day out with my daughter. She got a classic pedicure and I enjoyed a jelly pedicure for the extra moisturizing options.

so i just got there and my appointment was at five and waited forty-five minutes to just get my toes polished. Then after that they didn't give me flip flops, so i had to walk around on the dirty floor with my bare feet. then i got tips and i wanted them longer so i told the man to please make them longer but he ignored me. also he coughed on my hands many times through out the process. then after my nails looked very messy and the artificial nail is still showing through. every time I go here I have to get them re done because they are always in a rush. 3/10 read more

UPDATE: After my initial visits to this salon, I began to notice the quality on service was going down rapidly. I would request almond shape and get square. Then the acrylics would pop off within a day of being done. I then switched, as they refused to do repairs without charging me $5 per nail. So off to another salon I went. After having tried another Jackson nail shop (to which I shall never return), I decided to try Beverly Hills Nails & Spa. The shop is clean and well-appointed and seems to have all the latest techniques available. I went for my usual - acrylic fill-ins with gel polish. The price was reasonable-exactly what I paid for the same service at my old nail shop in Atlanta. The nail techs are professional and thorough and friendly without being too over the top. I've had my nails done here twice now, and I would not have returned had I not been very satisfied. Be warned on their open hours. On line, the hours were incorrect. They are open Tu-F 10a-6p, Sa 9a-6p, and Su 11a-4p. They are closed on Mondays read more

Sign on door and on website says they close at 7:30. Arrived at 6:30 and was turned away for a pedicure. This is the first time I've used them. My nails cracked an hour after I left .I came back they reshaped and trimmed it .They sent me on my way but something is wrong as you can see by the online photos. I am never using them. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went here a week ago for the first time. I regret spending my money here. This is not even one week after I got them done and I got the dip nails. Dip usually lasts me over a month I went back to go get a refund and they refused to give me one. I haven't been rough on them, nor do I pick at them. This is very frustrating because their prices aren't cheap. If my nails aren't chipping, they're cracked as you can see in the photos. Their staff is rude and they have a huge building with only 5 workers it seems so they are always turning away people at the door. Worst nail salon experience I've ever had! I was the only one in there when I first arrived, which should've given me the hint that this place sucked. I went in for a pedicure. My nail tech seemed very nervous like she didn't know what she was doing. She barely knew how to shape my nails and left one of my toenails completely crooked and botched. When it was time for the polish, she layered it on way to thick and didn't paint evenly at all. I requested to have someone else paint my toes and was forced to pick another color bc my polish that I brought was "bad" even though I just bought it. Another person painted my toes with one of their colors and still left it looking thick and a hot mess. Waste of $35 and they charge 85 cents when using debit/credit cards. Only one other customer came in the entire TWO HOURS I was there! DO NOT GO HERE! read more

WORST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD! They are HORRIBLE at doing nails. They made me pay full price for a hair stylist to do my nails, she literally told me she hadn't done nails since school and that was 20+ years ago and only a prerequisite to pass. She did not soften my feet at all and my feet are pretty soft already, just a few areas needed work. I even told her the two main spots to work on and it was ridiculous the way my feet felt afterwards. Like I get it, they may not always get every nook and cranny, but my entire foot felt scratchy. She even left two 1-2 inch cuts on the soft parts of my feet from being so ill trained. She did not trim my nails. Although I explained it had been a good while since I had done it last. I always do my own nails but am pregnant and just haven't in a while because it hurts to bend down for that long. I think she took advantage of that information because she may of thought I wouldn't get down there and check it out afterwards. She did not clean out under any of the nail-beds; nor did she push back or cut a single cuticle. After explaining it'd been months since my last good cleaning. UGH!! So frustrating! Then the nail polish application was literally worse than most 10 year old girls, SERIOUSLY. She did not paint the full nail on any of the nails. They rushed me out and told me my nails were dry, even after I said I didn't want to put my boots on yet and risk ruining them and they assured me it'd be fine. Got home and every nail was messed up. Sooo, I called and explained what happened- very nicely and was told I could come back "if I felt it was necessary" The owner fixed my nails and they still messed up quite a few things. All the while she was bragging about having done celebrity nails and is used to getting $100 tips! The lady who initially did my nails explained while we were left alone that she's forced to do nails in between hair appointments. All in all, even after the poor attempt to "fix" my nails, I will NEVERRRRRR go back to this place again. And I mean NEVER. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Building is new, clean, and nicely decorated, but everything else is atrocious!!!! read more

What a wonderful nail salon. The atmosphere is elegant with soft music in the background. They even have spa chairs for kids! The pedicure was the best I've ever had. The place in itself is beautiful! However, they have one small shelf of regular nail polish so if you don't want to spend $50 for a gel pedi, then your options are limited. My cousin and I came for a pedicure together and they sat us beside one another but the same lady did each of ours which meant she had to wait in the chair (which they didn't go ahead and let her start soaking her feet) then I had to wait for her after mine was done. We chose regular polish due to the price of the gel and I quickly realized that was a mistake. When she started putting the polish on my toes, it was very thick and clumpy which made for a poor job done. She could tell that I wasn't totally happy with one particular toe specifically and she (in a very disgruntled manner) quickly redid it just to produce the same result as before. I'm writing this review as my cousin is still getting hers done so I can't comment on how hers turns out but I think it's safe to say, we will not be back. read more

This was my second time going here and my first experience was okay. This time around it was horrible. I'm not sure who the older man working there is, he looks like he may be the manager but he has HORRIBLE customer service skills. He worked on my acrylics, misshaped them, cuticles looking crazy. I spent $55 for a fullset with gel polish for crap work. My friends had other techs work on their nails and they looked flawless! I was so upset and unhappy at the results that I asked for another tech to redo my nails and he got upset with me. Very unprofessional man. The other techs Kim and Tai were very sweet and nice and both their best to correct my horrendous nails. If going there, it's best to make an appointment with either Kim or Tai. Do not let the older tall man work on your acrylics. Also, double check their regular nail polish because the color I chose for my toenails must have been old because it "curdled" on my toes and he claimed I hit them on something but you could clearly see it was the polish that looked like it shriveled up. It's my graduation weekend and I cbelieve I spent $90 at this place. Never again. read more

Went there today and this was worst experience I have ever had. Upon my arrival I signed in and sat down. When I was finally asked what I needed. I was told I had to come back after 5pm. Its 1pm at this time. When I asked why when there were only 7 customers the lady began to say you don't have an appointment. When I asked the question why do I have to have an appointment when the place was basically empty. She told the other gentlemen..."you handle this. " And I clearly stated to the gentlemen that no where on their advertisement states that appointment only on Saturday. Then he asked if I was going to wait, I said I can. I stopped in on a Sunday when we were waiting on an unexpected auto repair. I got a basic pedicure and I can honestly say it was the best pedicure I have ever had. They took their time and it included a hot stone massage. My manicure also turned out very good. Relaxing atmosphere, sanitary and a wide selection of colors. First, this place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I went in with my daughter (she's 5) and we both got manicures and pedicures. My manicure was a gel polish and I got the organic pedicure with regular polish. I have a few complaints. From the start of my pedicure until they actually started painting my toenails was over an hour. I understand that the extra steps in the organic pedicure will make it last longer but this seemed superfluous. All together, my 2 services lasted 2 hours and 15 minutes. I personally think that's way too long for a mani/pedi, especially when I spent absolutely no time waiting. Next, the organic pedicure is not at all organic. They use regular OPI nail polish and do an extra callous remover and call it organic. I also found out that one of the technicians cut my daughter's finger during her service. No one informed me of it which does bother me. She told me it was bleeding and that it stung when she took a bath that night. Lastly, our services cost $130+. To me, that's way overpriced for an adult mani/pedi and a kiddie mani/pedi. I really did appreciate their friendly service and the fact that they didn't file my nail beds and cause them to be super brittle and thin but I don't think I'll be returning. I don't recommend going here for a massage. The lady that did the massages was doing someones nails when I arrived. She was 15 minutes late starting my massage. I ask her since she was late was she going to add the 15 minutes on to the back of my massage time. She assured me she would. She did NOT! The room I went in for the massage was about 3 feet away from the row of pedicure chairs. I was uncomfortable disrobing so close to the area where all the clients were sitting. The massage lady ran in and out of my room several times during the massage. Everyone in the building could see me laying on the table. I could hear all the staff and customers laughing and talking the whole time because the walls were thin. Very hard to relax! When I checked out she told me the price was $10 higher than what they told me when I booked the appointment. I won't be going back. read more
