I'm not from here. I went in as a walk-in on a Saturday morning the lovely AJ she took me right away made me feel very comfortable. I explained to her her to a certain type of nails that I want Halloween theme even though it's still just September she executed it I feel comfortable. The manicure was great. Very disappointed with pedicure. Female tried to skip all steps in performing pedicure. I went to have cuticles cleaned and cut on feet after my feet sit in water she use the scrub for my legs and rinsed leg and put feet up to dry without pushing cuticles using tool that's needed. I then used my finger pushing large amount of cuticle skin down on my big toe and others showing her that she missed the step. She then said i had invisible cuticle. I then told her that once she perform the step to remove the cuticle she would see the cuticle skin. She then attempted to perform the step of removing cuticle skin before trying to polish my toes. This was one of the worst pedicures ive ever received at PN Nails. After Nancy and Lindsey left PN, the quality of service has gone to half done jobs. I will not be returning after paying $55 for a 8yr old toe nail polish. Very disappointed. read more

I'm not sure HOW this nail salon has this many stars. Customer service was just ok. When I walked in I was addressed immediately asking what service I wanted I told the lady of course she says find your color. When I tell you polish (bottles) are ALL on the floor just ridiculous. I was overwhelmed by the unorganized way to find a polish color. Then they try to force me to look at swatches. Which I like to look at the bottles. So the lady looks at me and says are you next? I said yes I guess so as no one else was sitting waiting. She then proceeded to ask so you want me to do your nails? I said yes sure. Well that immediately rubbed me the wrong way as it said to me she did not want to. I also had a problem with satellite radio station as you're playing music with curse words, inappropriate language when you have older customers in the salon as well. I will NEVER go back here. Not to mention they need to be cleaning on Sunday because this salon is too small to be this nasty. How they have a score of 94 i will never know. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME only reason for one star is you have to give at least one to post. read more

They give a decent mani and pedi. I've been here several times. My main complaint: professionalism. I've had a number of annoying interactions with PN Nails. One time, I had an appointment and they called me and asked me to come in an hour early. I was able to make some adjustments to my work schedule to accommodate so I came in early. Then they made me wait for 20 minutes. Just unreal and so disrespectful of my time. A lot of times, they will tell me it is only a 5-10 minute wait for my scheduled appointment and then I end up waiting for over 20 minutes. Most recently, I had a 3pm appointment and they booked over me and had no more availabilities that. I give up on them. Going elsewhere from now on! read more

This is my first time visiting PN Nails, and I had such a wonderful experience. I'm always the type of person who looks up a bunch of nail salons and tries to figure out which place would be best, and I am so glad I found PN Nails! Everyone in the salon is so friendly and kind. It is such a warm atmosphere and you just instantly feel welcomed. Angela did my nails this visit, and she was so much fun to talk to. Plus she is super detail oriented, which I truly appreciate. I do not live in Jackson but visit here often due to my husband working here during the week. I was very pleased with my manicure and the friendliness of the staff. Nancy did my acrylic french tip and she was a delightful person. I wish I had time for a pedicure too but I was in a hurry. I was in and out in 50 minutes! That was record time compared to anywhere else I've ever been! I will most definitely be a return customer! I highly recommend them! read more
