Polished 5 Star is my absolute FAVORITE nail salon ever!! I remember my first time going here and everyone was so welcoming and nice, especially Johnny. He made my friends and I feel special. We all had the best experience here. The customer service is amazing. The staff remembers me every time I visit the salon. Johnny and Kathy have done my nails, and they are both very gentle and meticulous. Always turning out great! This place really cares for their customers. If you want fabulous nails and want to be pampered Polished 5 Star is for you! I promise you won't regret it.

This was not 5 star. The manicure from HELL. I was bleeding all over the place. Think Edward scissor hands, but manicure. That's dried blood. Should've taken photos sooner but I was bleeding too much.

Even though I left a review last week, it's been about one week later and four of my nails popped off so that brought back down. That means she used cheap acrylic on my hand and I did spend a lot of money sorry but I won't be going back. read more

I just had my 3rd acrylic fill here and decided that I will not return. Johnny did my nails 2/3 and he is too rough and talks too much. Lyn did my nails the other time and was fantastic. But she is always booked up when I need my nails done. Johnny also criticizes competitors which is petty and unnecessary. read more

I just moved here from Georgia about a year ago, and have been making the rounds of nail salons in the area. Five Star is the best one yet. They don't have a lot of staff, so I had a long wait (only about 15 minutes or so) but it was well worth it. I tried the dip powder nails, and the tech said I would love them, and I do! I've only had acrylics before. It's quiet, relaxing, and they treated my mom very well - she had a pedicure and has very sensitive feet and legs due to neuropathy. She said they were very gentle. She did however break out in a rash as she was allergic to their lotion. She will bring her own next time. read more

From out of town. Needed a Shellac pedicure but most nail salons did not offer this service. Five Star Nails did! They were extremely friendly, helpful, clean and did a wonderful job! Would recommend to anyone in the area. read more

Five Star Nails and Spa deserves five stars for the pedicure service rendered. Tuan or Anthony is the man to see. The pedicure I received was second to none. We were visiting to celebrate a friend's birthday. I was unable to get my nails done in Texas. However while out shopping prior to the event one of my nails broke. I initially called another nearby nail spa and they indicated a large group had been booked then I called 5 star. I got there and since only one other patron was there I figured due to the rain storm that had just passed so I decided to also get a pedicure. Tuan did an excellent job. The $$ was worth it. The dip nail service was decent. His wife is a bit of a novice. So ask for Tuan for best quality service. read more

I like coming here because Anthony always takes his times and does a very good job with my nails. He actually likes the business he is in and is a nice guy. Staff is nice and the place is clean. Usually not too busy but can be a wait bc there aren't many people on staff. Go early or call ahead. I'll always come here. read more

I am from out of town and wasn't sure which nail salon was good. I was reading review after review. I decided to go with this one. While I was waiting, I read a bad review and almost left. But I am sure glad I stayed. Lynn did a fantastic job on my nails and toes. It was probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had! I wish I could take her back to FL with me. Lol. The environment is fun. I recommend it! read more

I walked in for a full set acrylic French manicure before a scheduled maternity photo shoot on a Friday just after lunch. Right away I was greeted by Johnny and invited me to sign in at the desk, have a seat, and asked if he could get me water or wine. The facility appears very clean and inviting. The waiting area had about 5 seats or so, making it easy for the time of day for myself and 2 other patrons to social distance. Masks are required for patrons and the staff is wearing them as well. I was also impressed that they had plexiglass partitions up at the nail stations to further separate staff from patrons. My manicure turned out great and I can tell it will hold up well. I would recommend Johnny and this salon for a fun experience and quality manicure. read more

It is impossible to go into polished 5 star without cracking a smile. Everyone on staff is so friendly and personable. Not only will you laugh the entire time that you are having your services done but you will be leaving with a smile because everyone here does such an amazing job. Johnny has been doing my nails for over 5 years now and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He is so personable and funny. You can also tell that he treats his entire staff with the upmost respect and values everyone of them as if they were his family. Maria also gives the best pedicures I have ever had. Best place in town!! Best pedicure in my entire life from Lynn!! Heaven!!! Also, the pressure point massages Kaitlin gives are wonderful!! Fibromyalgia patients will get so much relief. You must make appointments for these. I would make appointment to get Lynn for a pedicure too. I don't think they are expensive when compared to other area salons. You get what you pay for and they are worth it!! Can't say enough about how good this salon is. read more

I've been going to see Vy for years. She gives the best pedicure ever!! The massage to my legs and feet are like no other I ever received with a pedi and that is why I will always go to her for my pedis.
