The absolute worst experience. Two weeks later and I'm still taking care of the wounds they inflicted. I could not stop the bleeding for hours. Only putting one star because there isn't a no star rating read more

happy nails - I went in for a simple manicure. They took a chunk out of my skin with the cuticle cutters. - Nail Salons Near Me - Jackson, Tennessee

So today I decided to go here because it's close to my home and my nail tech was booked solid. I got just a manicure they charged me $25 I wasn't in the chair 15 minutes she said your done wash your hands and pay. I looked at my hands and was like wow this how they done me... So instead of going off I asked who the owner is she came to counter and we talked, she want to redo them I'm like no, and I won't be going there ever again read more

My nail tech stated that she was not trained to do acrylics, but taught herself recently by watching YouTube! Sorry, when I go to a salon I want a fully trained and licensed nail tech, not a teenager just learning to do nails from a YouTube video. read more

happy nails - The hot towels - Nail Salons Near Me - Jackson, Tennessee

My first and only visit was for a nail repair. I am in town for my birthday and my hotel is literally a 3 min drive away. I went in and was greeted by the tech in the front and asked what I needed. After this interaction nothing more was said and I waited for 45 min only for a woman who came in 20 min after me to be called first. When I asked how much longer for the wait he said what are you here for, I replied my repair. He asked if I could come back tomorrow. I replied No, I don't live here...he had nothing to say and I left. This was totally frustrating because this could have been relayed wait before I sat and waited. A repair would have taken no more than 10-15 min at least. Also, there was still another woman waiting who came in after me. This whole situation was very wrong. read more

Although this salon has friendly and skilled workers as far as design wise, but I got gel nails and they lasted about 2 hours before they started chipping. Not only that but they painted hair into my nails. The end product was bumpy and unprofessional. They ended up redoing the nail at least 50 times. I shouldn't spend 50 dollars on GEL nails for them only to last a couple hours. read more

Best gel dipping ever. Love this shop. They offered best discount on all services. Enjoy more than 200 gel dipping colors. The staff is very professional. They just remodel and up grade their service. I would recommend this shop to friends. read more

I am a bit clueless about nails. I only get them done on rare occasions. The people there, especially Benjamin, made me comfortable and answered every question. It was a Tuesday afternoon and I got right in. Very pleased with how my gel American manicure came out! read more

very rude and unprofessional, will never return to this establishment, employees speaking in their native language in order to talk about the customers, think a lot of themselves, nails last maybe two full days if that, way over priced, would've been better to have my daughter do my nails instead of dealing with these "privileged" people, ridiculous customer service, sad excuse for a legitimate business read more

Only go to this nail shop if you have time return 1-2x after your original service for repairs. Then they will try to convince you "work too hard" the reason your gel polish cracks and peels off 2 days following your service. read more

happy nails - How my nails look after having my nail serviced here 3 days ago. - Nail Salons Near Me - Jackson, Tennessee

Great place. Got French tips done (not Acrylics) and eyebrows waxed. The nails chipped before 24 hours, but the waxing job was amazing. The downside was the man kept looking at his phone during my manicure. He would put my hands down to get on his phone and text. I don't recommend getting your nails done there. Waxing on the other hand, definitely! read more

I recently got a set of acrylic nails from this spa. The girl I had was very nice. But the day after I had my acrylic nails one fell off. And within a week almost all f them were off. I wasn't working out or doing things that could make them fall off. So I was upset with how much of a waste of money it was. read more

I went there after work, and the service was fine at first, but then my nail tech Anthony decided to dig in his nose and proceed to touch my hand to do my nails. I was so appalled and disgusted that he would even do that, if it had happened again I was going to ask him to wash his hands before resuming my nails because that is just so unsanitary. I received gel polish on my nails and toes and the total cost was $75. I personally thought that it was VERY over priced, my nails are short so length didn't factor into the price. $25 just to paint my toes and not get a pedicure was a bit much. Usually gel polish is only a few more dollars than regular polish. I like my nails, but the experience was bad and I still thinking of the nail tech digging in his nose. Summary: I will not be returning. read more

I was working out of town and desperately needed a pedi. I followed the reviews on Yelp and went to Happy Nails. This place is beyond!!! The people are friendly, the place is beautiful and more importantly CLEAN. Some of their tools are disposable and they have a surgical grade sterilizer for the others. The pedicure was fantastic - I got the basic $35 and it is possibly the best pedicure I have ever had. I also love that they wear name tags. Whoever owns this thought of everything. So many other nail salons have a long way to go to even come close to Happy Nails. read more

I was a REGULAR here because there has always been a thing or two that I loved. Mainly because she always did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Today, though, I have decided I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. I went in for shellac nails, a regular paint on my toenails, and an eyebrow wax. Now, my nails look like a child did them and are not at all what I asked for. I didn't waste my breath to tell her this though Bc she wasn't listening to me anyway, left me several times to do something else, then when she asked me a question, because I didn't answer right when she asked so I could think for TWO seconds on what I felt would look better, she said never mind and did it her way. I told her never mind on the toes because I was so mad, that I just wanted my eyebrows done. Mind you, I decided not to get a pedi in the first place because they do an AWFUL job getting your feet soft. They barely do anything to get the dead skin off so they are always dry and hard the day after. I tried a few times thinking they have bad days too. No. They just aren't good on feet. So after skipping a toe paint all together, I sit to do my eyebrows. One thing she has never messed up on. Guess what? She messed them up! I had a perfect arch on both, the way she did them, now they're gone. I also have to pluck them because she missed several spots. They were not even busy! I was the only one getting my nails done and waiting on a wax. Everyone else had someone working with them on pedis. She was extremely rude today! I come to feel relaxed and feel nice when I leave. Today I felt rushed and ignored completely. Lost my business and I always spend 100-120 a visit. ALWAYS. I just wanted out of there this time. read more
