Drove out there to put down a deposit and make an appointment but was able to be seen as a walk in. Will was very courteous and helped us out. They are running a special on piercings right now and Will does the piercings. He's very hygienic and talks you through everything. He is very kind and helpful. I then was able to get my tattoo with Marc. He too was hygienic and talked me through it. Very sweet and it did not hurt. I absolutely love the outcome of the tattoo! I highly recommend them both to anyone interested in getting these things done. The place was clean and enjoyable music playing. Will offered us waters while we waited as well. I would definitely come back here again and will recommend them to others.

They gave me a free circle barbell due to some complications during the process. They also did my boyfriend's ears, and it went perfectly. A week later they happily changed the rings to clear retainers for school. Very happy with this shop.
