They use a chicken thigh for the meat sando which I always respect because it's much juicier than a breast. The fresh mozzarella and the tomato sauce was incredible on this sando too. All in all you have to go here to grab one of these guys. Also be sure to order the Italian fries - double deep fried, crispy, while soft in the middle and dipped in a thick ketchup is . My food came with waffle fries instead of regular fries. Fries were big as well. I also received this yellow coloured cheese sauce it went well with fries. Peel each layer off the stick. Left with crunchy bits to gnaw on the stick after you're all done. I had an annoying day and was a grumpy gal before coming across this truck, friend decided to get the potatoes, shared some with me, I was pleasantly surprised how good it was and how much I liked it, then was in a good mood afterwards.
