Mine looked haphazardly constructed. The pork belly looked like it was tossed in instead of displayed. Dish temperature could have been a bit hotter as well. Secondly, the broth could have been richer and deeper in taste. Perhaps its saltiness compensated for the blandness of the stock/broth. They should lose that uncomfortable wooden ladle contraption and replace it with a proper Chinese/Japanese soup spoon. I want to like it but it's not happening.
