She said 25 minute, which would have meant we would be there waiting for almost 40 minutes for a small order. I don't understand the point of online ordering with an estimated time if that is not the time that will be honored upon arrival. We've ordered at this location before, and there is typically only one person that hustles. So, I can totally get if if the person is newer and doesn't know the menu as well; but then management should have them work with someone else to assist.

I've visited ones in Orange County and Los Angeles for the same exact products, but maybe it's the business overhead expenses for this spot in Temecula - not sure. If you want a tea with extras such as Lift-Off or shakes with Prolessa-Duo, these are additional costs so keep that in mind. Yes, health is an investment but I will make sure to bring my products with me from now on!
