I mentioned that this place specializes in catering, so individual orders might not be possible. The Tempura Shrimp was also a BIG HIT and was the FIRST ITEM TO DISAPPEAR from the buffet platters. Finally, the Gangjung Chicken was DELICIOUS, boasting a perfectly crispy texture and a wonderfully balanced, savory flavor.
