She then claimed that my last visit was in March, despite my visit the previous day. I showed her my bank statement to prove otherwise. Which she saw and then scoffed at. Despite all of this, she refused to replace my tea and berated me in front of her staff, using me as a learning opportunity by saying it was my responsibility to check if I received the correct tea and that's why they label them like they do. I know what | ordered. I only ever order watermelon tea. You have a great product and concept, and I am confident in your success. However, I strongly recommend reviewing the customer service skills of your general managers. As a GM myself, I was appalled by Ms. Cobos' actions and believe her treatment of guest warrants serious consideration and perhaps additional training.

The woman's lone restroom was clean. Parking was easy. There was also a drive-thru. It is a nice, newer store on the outskirts of town, so it was shiny and clean. The staff members were friendly & helpful. Samples are free. I absolutely have my favorites, but none of the samples I've ever tried were terrible... except for anything unsweet. My Texas family got me hooked on sweet tea at a very young age. Lol.
