For me personally it's nothing to write home about but I do like HTeaO. It's inconsistent a lot. Some days the sweet tea is good and sweet and taste fresh and some days it's semi sweet and taste like Lipton.. Service is always amazing. Clean and fast Friendly faces 9/10 times I go here regularly and recommend it to a lot of people but I definitely don't think it's the best sweet tea I've ever had. read more

Found this place on yelp and man I am in trouble. I am a huge teaholic and this is going to be my addiction lol. Happy hour is 2p-4p and drinks are half off then. I got the Georgia peach and it was so yummy. They have the bomb sonic ice too so that is an added bonus. They have a fruit bar in the middle to add fruit to your tea if that floats your boat as well. They carry some kettle chips, pop chips, kind bars, and other snacks for sale as well as yeti tumblers, ice chest and more. I will be coming here on days I work for sure! read more

Went in during busy hours to get two gallons of sweet tea. I was already aware it would take a little bit longer than usual. And that was confirmed when the front cashier, let me know it was going to be about 15-20 min to get the tea. Okay no problem. The poor girl is running the store alone and her manager instead of stepping in and helping to get these orders out. (Mind you I was waiting and 2-3 other people as well.) decided to throw in the towel and TAKE HER BREAK....we waited an hour and 20 min. Had already paid prior so couldn't just walk out. And we didn't want to add pressure to the young cashier when this was a higher management issue at this point. Never purchasing again, if this manager is still running the location. read more

I love hteao tea but they need to improve on consistency of quality. There was a period of time where the tea tasted like unfiltered tap water, which is finally over. And now the service (teenagers who don't care) will randomly make tea that either has no flavor, too sweet, weirdly diluted, and so on and so forth. Today I got a sweet blueberry green and a half sweet half unsweet coconut. The blueberry green was horribly diluted and bitter? Tasted nothing like it usually does, and my coconut was just unsweet, no half and half. She handed it to me in the drive through and when I said "excuse me I ordered half and half!" She shut the door. I didn't care enough to go inside and complain so I'm writing a complaint. Many people I know have complained on the continuous and random dips in quality, opting for other stores. I hope this doesn't go unheard by store managers or owners because this is becoming increasingly bothersome. I love hteao tea but I'm not paying 6 dollars to gamble whether or not I'm actually getting the tea I want. read more

I went thru drive thru this evening and ordered a huge unsweetened Georgia peach tea and they gave something completely different it was pink and tasted like some kind of berry tea so I went back thru and told them and the lady said no that is the tea I ordered and I told her no it isn't she finally came back with the tea I ordered and they can't give you a recept for your order like 3 or 4 days now it's not working they said...I'm like get it together people....your a place of business and you can't print out a receipt for a credit card purchase for like several days now?...that's unexceptable! read more

My boyfriend and I ordered two gallons of tea, just sweet and unsweet from DoorDash. The door dasher forgot one of the gallons so we called up to HTeaO and told them and they said they had the gallon waiting for us and that they would hold it for us. My boyfriend drove down to the location to get the reserved tea just to find out that it had already been given away. My boyfriend waited for 30 minutes for another gallon of tea, but as he waited, other customers came and went with their gallons and when he asked the employee where his was, they said "Oh we didn't give it to you?" Like, of course not or we would have not been waiting!! On top of tall this, the owner came in with a bunch of his little friends and instead of helping the staff to take care of order, he turns and makes his little buddies drinks for them and leaves!!!!! What a horribly ran location!!! We are not going here no longer. Horrible staff, horrible service, and the owner is downright selfish. I also noticed on other occasions that the staff is a bunch of young kids who aren't clean, always give us sticky gallons, and very poor service. No longer going to this location. I will make the extra drive to go to the Briarwood one. Bye HTeaO! I will not be coming back until you have your issues fixed. read more

I LOVE HTeaO! Walls and walls of self-serve iced teas, with tasting cups to try as many flavours as your heart desires. Almost all the teas come in sweetened and unsweetened batches, so it's easy to gage sweetness levels. Even better, you can mix and match your flavors. A favourite of ours is Unsweetened Mint and Green (like a milder Starbucks Iced Green Tea), or half-sweetened Georgia Peach Tea. Most recently they started selling their own brand of teas in a loose leaf, with recipes on the packages so you can make their flavours at home. They also partner with certain brands so they sell whole lines of snacks like every flavour of pop chips and all kinds of jerky. And they're a retailer for Yeti products, so you can find their water bottles and coolers here. Buy a Yeti bottle and bring it back to refill with your favourite tees for only $1! They also have Happy Hour every day where the drinks are half-price. Same deals apply if you bring your own container - nice. Good deals and good for the environment. It's a very interesting concept, especially if you consider that this isn't a sit down place and only sells their products by drive-through or walk in. That they're able to draw so much foot traffic (it's not a place you walk into accidentally) says a lot about quality and customer loyalty... And maybe a strong cultural affinity for iced teas. read more

Never have anything bad to say about HTeaO but I did have to mention this experience because that poor placement of the building and the drive thru. Now who in Texas does not have a truck!? We get in line driving a Ford 250 and by the time you are in line at the drive thru do you see a sign that says NO DULLY OR LONG BED TRUCKS! Really? Why not put that sign ahead of the drive thru like the sign that says do not form line in the road? Someone didn't think that one through. 1st visit in Midland: So sad that this location doesn't have Texas Chia! It's such a good flavor! Also no local flavor combo recommendations and friendly service... makes for a sad visit. The visit to the Pecos location set the bar really high for this location and I was disappointed in the choices and the 'bland' service. 2nd visit in Midland: Gave this place another try... the intercom either didn't work or the workers headset didn't so I had to YELL my order into the intercom--and they still got it wrong. There was no attempt at the window to clarify the order considering the difficulty in placing it. It's so sweet it's undrinkable... you would think a location the looks this nice on the outside would have working equipment. I really wanted to like this location since the location in Pecos had such great service and drink flavors but it appears not every location is going to be up to the same standards read more

Definitely the best tea shop I've been to in Midland. They have a multitude of options, and are more reasonably priced than their competitors. You can also get their tea by the gallon. They are extremely busy all the time, but especially during happy hour, which is 2-4pm. Parking can be tricky because the drive thru is often backed up to the street. read more

Love this place! They have a drive-thru if you know exactly what you want, or you can spend a few minutes inside trying large variety of teas if you have a few minutes. There's a cool and welcoming artmosphere inside when you're surrounded by all the tea varieties. I'm usually the annoying customer at the drive thru that will ask for 1/3 Georgia Peach Sweet tea 1/3 Georgia Peach Unsweet tea 1/3 Regular Green tea but the people working are always nice and friendly! Came to this location for some tea, waited 20 min in the drive thru line only to approach the window and be told "We're in the middle of shift change so you will have to circle back around and get back in line." It's very unheard of that a location halts their entire operation just to switch out staff. Incredibly inconvenient to customers, especially since there are no signs signaling change of shift nor longer than expected wait times. Do better. read more

One of the two companies in Midland to serve your tea, ice, and water needs. It can be a very popular place at times but the drive through and the service are quick. They have really good tea and I've tried a variety of their flavored teas but the unsweetened mint tea is my go to. My wife loves their sweet coconut tea and we always keep a gallon at home. Started going here when they opened. Always top notch. The employees are always friendly and attentive. Something that is almost unheard of in Midland customer service. The tea selection is awesome! Some I would've never thought of,but they are just great. Coconut tea I thought would've been weird, but they have Dixie cups to sample with and it was amazing. The fruit bar is pretty nice also as I like lemon and lime in my tea. The whole company is expanding at a lightning pace so that sums it up pretty well. This was an awesome place. The smell itself was like heaven. The reason I didn't give it 5 Stars is because being my first time, no one said hello or offered any word. When I checked out, the guy went so fast I couldn't even tell him I had a coupon. After the transaction he walked off. I will be back for sure. Hope the customer service is better. read more

This place gets two stars because the tea is good and the employees are very friendly, otherwise it would get none. The manager of the store hires teenagers in order to take advantage of them. She will not give them breaks even when they work an 8 hour shift. She also tells them she is hiring for a certain hourly rate and then pays them less. She also tells them they will get off at a certain hour and then keeps them at least an hour later, sometimes past 11pm. Darlene also chews out the employees in front of others and treats them horribly. HR has been notified and hopefully they do something about their manager. read more

Hello, My wife and I visited this place quite a few times. It is usually great service but today, the customer service I received with my wife in the car, we will never go back to this place and we will recommend anyone who asks to avoid it as well. I know it's busy and the parking sucks, but we got there on Saturday evening around 5:45 or so and they had people parked in the actual drive through and then people going reverse around the building as they do when it's busy, so the 3 cars in front of us all go to the reverse line while there are 3 cars parked in the regular line but they had cones in front of them. As it's our turn to turn in, a gentlemen just moves the orange cones semi in front of us and doesn't let us know what's happening, which way we are suppose to go. So I follow the way the previous cars in front of me had been going (the reverse line) and some guy comes out and just said we can't go that way so I said, "okay, we'll no one told us what to do the guy just semi moved the cones and the 3 people in the other drive thru have been there when we pulled up." So he says sorry. I said okay so what am I suppose to do? He said I don't know and walked off. Like a real prick. Stay away because their customer interactions is horrid. That interaction with my wife in the car, completely ruined it for me. Basically just told me I'd have to drive around and get back in the line that I had already sat in line for 25+ minutes. So you get two thumbs down. I'll start getting tea from Canes or anywhere other than at this establishment. read more

They get the order wrong every time! I'd love to support the business however the teens working the drive-thru couldn't care less! So disappointing to get the wrong drink (always sweetened when requesting unsweetened). When brought to their attention, it's a complete eye roll from the young people working. I love this place and the buffet of tea and fruit assortment. The staff is always so kind. My kids are hooked on this tea.

This is the best place to get iced tea especially here in the desert but anyway I would definitely recommend.
