Craving a large, healthy salad? If yes, then go here. You get to pick your "greens" base and then…read moreadd protein, toppings and dressing. It's completely customizable too. I love the options to have raw vs grilled veggies added to switch things up. Afterwards, walk to Ovder for a coffee/tea and/or a sweet treat. Secret gem in Bronxville!!

My husband and I had a date night on memorial day weekend and arrived here around 8:15 (they close…read moreat 9). The atmosphere was really cute and charming -- it kind of looked like a treehouse with little nooks along a staircase for private table areas. Unfortunately, that's the only reason I gave this place two stars. Slow, depressing jazz music played in the background with a heavy emphasis on saxophone. I mean heavy saxophone emphasis, like the legend Lisa Simpson was going ham in person. Our waiter greeted us by saying he had had a long day and was looking forward to punching out soon. Okay... We ordered the scallops and filet. Here's what we got: a lukewarm filet drenched in mustard sauce that was strangely flavorless. Scallops seared on one side and raw the other, not seasoned in the slightest, on top of a pile of cold polenta gruel. We didn't complain or send it back because the place was closing at 9 and truly the food was so bad that we didn't believe anything could make it right. We decided to cut our losses by crushing a bottle of good yet inexpensive wine and laughing at the awfulness of it all.

First time here for lunch and i loved it... its a cute little cafe in cute little Bronxville!…read more They have everything from pastries to wraps to salads. Its an AWESOME lunch spot! The wrap i had was a Turkey, Cranberry Sauce, and Sweet Potatoe wrap... omg Thanksgiving festivities in my mouth! What a creative wrap and so delish! It comes with a side (my meal, i only got half a wrap, plus a bottle of water, came out to $5.50 NOT BAD!).... they first gave me a pesto pasta salad, but then offered that i could instead have a beet salad so i went with that. All their wraps looked really delish... kinda creative too, not just the usual grilled chicken wraps. They also have daily specials such as meatloaf, fried chicken, steak, and FRESH FISH FRIDAYS! Can't wait to go back and try something else... and of course the pastries!

Adorable little place across the street from the Bronxville MetroNorth station. Bronxville itself…read moreis very upscale, but Over the Moon is a more down-to-earth place where you can get a nice lunch. This place is tiny but well-kept. Grab one of the (small) tables near the front window so that you can people-watch, or simply watch the trains roll on by if that's more of your thing. They make a very good hot chocolate, although the coffee/espresso machine that they have is minuscule, so it will take awhile to get your drink. They also have really good wraps and side dishes. I'm not usually a big wrap person, but I bought the shrimp wrap here and it was great. It came with a side of tomatoes and mozzarella and a side of green beans - all quite good, and the food inspired jealousy when I brought it with me to my grad school class. Eben T. is right in that this place is a tad on the expensive side, but I think it's worth it. It's a low-key hangout operated by some very nice people in hipper-than-thou Bronxville, and my only sorrow is that I'm not in Bronxville often enough anymore to take advantage of this charming little establishment.

The process of setting up at the venue was seamless, the food was to die for and the open bar was a success. Joe and his son went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy in every sense of the word. They are so incredibly thoughtful and they truly care about the customer service they are providing. You can taste the passion they have through their incredible food. Everything was so delicious, and everyone at the venue had only great things to say. A text from one of my bridespeople: "Please save the caterers number. Maybe someday, someone will want to marry me and I can look forward to that chicken again :)" We had the angel hair pasta - SO GOOD. Chimichurri steak - AMAZING. Chicken and chorizo - WOW. Slow roasted pernil asado - LORD JESUS! Arroz moro and vegetables - JUST FAB. Open Bar - A1. You guys truly made an impact. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

We can't say enough about our experience with LCI Caterers. From our first email more than a year…read morebefore our wedding they were so welcoming, responsive, and warm. Susanne, who was our main contact throughout the process, is tremendously organized and communicative, and Joe and his team are experts in food and hospitality. At our tasting, Joe and Susanne gave us great suggestions to tweak our menu, and welcomed our feedback. Renting table linens and coolers for our bar through them was also a breeze, removing a layer of stress from planning. Not to mention, LCI's rates for their excellent service were more than fair, and we really appreciated their price transparency on their website. On our wedding day, the food was just as good if not even better than at our tasting. Several guests approached us to give their compliments about the meal, and my family who works in hospitality was particularly impressed by the level of care paid to every detail, down to the sparkling clean silverware. One of the best moments for us was seeing the entree Joe made for our vegan guest, who was nearly moved to tears by how thoughtfully it was prepared! During cocktail hour, the passed appetizers came out at a steady pace, and I'm pretty sure the last table called was up at the buffet before my wife and I even finished our plates. We spotted plenty of guests going up for seconds, too. As for the bar, the bartender was friendly and quick, and he executed our signature drinks perfectly. On top of that, it was great to see how seamlessly the LCI team worked with our coordinator and the venue. Great food was one of the most important aspects of the wedding for us, and LCI more than exceeded our expectations. We can't thank them enough for helping to make our day so special!
