Read this!!! Do Not Do Business with Taskeasy! I had used Taskeasy a couple of times before with no issues. However, this last experience will in fact be MY LAST EXPERIENCE USING TASKEASY. I ordered a one-time, budget mow and trim service originally scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 11th. Since then, my basic service has been rescheduled FOUR TIMES and the contractor reassigned THREE TIMES. As I write this, the current date is Saturday, April 21st and they have yet to service my property. Note that they have already charged my account for the service the have not yet completed. Each time I've called and spoken with a representative, I've been given the runaround. They would say that they're handling the issue but, there would be no result. No contractor, no service. When they finally had a contractor show up, they called to tell me that they would have to charge me more because the grass had grown too high. I replied that it's been a week since the task was originally scheduled thus, I shouldn't be responsible the additional cost. The rep I spoke told me that he had spoken to a manager who approved the complimentary service and that the service had been reassigned to a new contractor. Again, I waited only to come home to and find out that nothing had been done. Taskeasy then leaves me a voicemail while I'm in a meeting stating that they needed to charge me the extra in order to complete the job. I called back as soon as my meeting was over only to learn that the rep I'd spoken to about the comp had not documented our discussion in my file notes. I was extremely upset and frustrated and asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. I was told that there was no manager or supervisor available...that they were ALL in a meeting. That rep then places me on multiple holds to get the comp'ed service approved yet again. Again, she says that her supervisor approved the comp'ed service which would again be rescheduled. I told her that it needed to be done on that day, Friday, April 20th because my HOA was breathing down my neck. She placed me on hold again and said that the contractor would be there on that day. Again, I come home to find no contractor and my lawn still overgrown. I call again immediately and demand to speak with a supervisor; and again, I'm told no supervisor is available but the rep said she'd take a message to have a supervisor call me the next morning. Of course, I received no such phone call. So, I called back and once again was denied the opportunity to speak with a supervisor; the reason...there was no supervisor present at that time. So, I ask when will a supervisor be present. Again, I'm given the runaround. When I asked the rep if she'd like to be treated this way as a customer, I received no response...until, an eventual "um, I don't think so". As I write this, I still have not heard from a supervisor. My lawn is now being serviced by a kind gentleman we found on Facebook. I basically at this point just want the money I've already paid refunded. And, now cannot get a single individual on the phone...much more a supervisor, manager, someone with responsibility or authority. PLEASE READ THIS. BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TASKEASY. THEY'RE ENTIRE BUSINESS IS SHADY. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO DEAL WITH ME. THEY HAVE AVOIDED ME. THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT, FRUSTRATING, INFURIATING, STRESSFUL. IT'S BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE. THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL USE AS MANY OUTLETS AS POSSIBLE TO TELL THE STORY OF MY EXPERIENCE AND WARN OTHERS NOT TO USE TASKEASY.
