I'm sure it was upsetting to have to adjust your schedule today because of my mother's medical emergency but at the very least, you could have maintained a professional attitude during the situation. It was just as much of an inconvenience to them as it was to you. My mom is still in the ER right now. I get that it may have been frustrating because my mother was the one paying for the appointment as well. Again, it's not like she planned for a medical emergency in the middle of her work day either. I get it but things happen & disrespecting my mother and my sister over it was uncalled for. My sister told me you were being downright rude & talking about them in your native language so she wouldn't be able to repeat whatever you may have been saying. The girl is 14 years old for Christ's sake, it's not like she has money of her own so I don't get why you felt the need to be so rude to her while her mother was in the ER.
