I cried when I got home. My husband was in shock when I walked through the door. He said, "what…read morehappened to your hair?" I'm not a Karen, nor do I suffer from histrionics. I don't cause scenes in a place of business; instead I turn to these media. Cherice did a disservice to me and my hair IMO. My previous hair stylist placed dark black streaks to contrast the white that was growing over the streaks. Instead, CS made 90% of my hair length so dark that I felt I had to cut my hair length bcs it would take so much time and processing to lighten; adding more damage; something I try to avoid. CS IMO tried to not take any responsibility for the result; I study body language. This was telling me she had nothing to offer; IMO she left it to me to decide she was no longer there to help me, she offered very little. My hair transition took a horrible turn. This took me almost 2 years to grow now its shoulder length no where near my desired result; I lost 2 years. Disappointed is a MAJOR understatement. I spent almost $300 on 2 visits. I will accept some responsibility, but I CANNOT SEE THE BACK OF MY hair. isn't that what we pay them to do, to be our eyes? Unbelievable is all I can say without going. Karen. I would like at least 50% of my money back, that won't happen. I'm not going back. Period. "

It was just as much of an inconvenience to them as it was to you. My mom is still in the ER right now. I get that it may have been frustrating because my mother was the one paying for the appointment as well. Again, it's not like she planned for a medical emergency in the middle of her work day either. I get it but things happen & disrespecting my mother and my sister over it was uncalled for. My sister told me you were being downright rude & talking about them in your native language so she wouldn't be able to repeat whatever you may have been saying. The girl is 14 years old for Christ's sake, it's not like she has money of her own so I don't get why you felt the need to be so rude to her while her mother was in the ER. Especially considering that they've gone to you a few times for braids so they are known clients of yours. I've seen your work, it's great but you need to work on your people skills.

The girls in here are very good at cutting hair. This is the only place in Freeport I allow to trim…read moremy hair and do my layers. They are fast and it's always in and out quick and painless. Because they do 25-30 haircuts a day I think they are better at it than hair stylists that do other things besides cut. Yesterday I was In and out within 15 minutes for a trim. They charge 14 but I always just round up to 20 they deserve it
