The crew of 6 men got to my house on time and were very friendly. The tree which had to be removed, overhung 3 different properties. None of the tree parts could be dropped after they were cut because they would damage items below. Each tree branch was cut with precision and moved into position where the branch was lowered via a rope system they set up The tree was approximately 60 feet high and was completely removed within 4 hours. Every branch, leaf and all the sawdust was removed from the site. I have to give praise to the man in the tree (Stevie) and the rope man below (Charlie). They worked with extreme accuracy as a team in cutting and lowering each part of the tree. Great experience with Tarzan Tree Removal. Joseph answered the phone immediately and said he would call me back in 10 minutes to give me the time he could come by to give me a free estimate. He actually called back in 10 minutes (!) and showed up on time. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, we needed a complete clean out, tree trimming and hedge trimming of a corner lot, also needed a lot of junk and weeds removed and had two tree stumps to grind down. We have 100 ft of hedge, and a huge old apple tree so Joseph brought three guys including an arborist. They got started at 8:30 and finished at 12:00, amazing! Many thanks to Joe and his crew for trimming a neighbors tree that was encroaching my property. Joe was able to advise me and was also able to point out that this tree was not healthy. Although the property owner was not willing to cut his precious tree I needed to take action and protect my property from damage. Joe provided me an estimate quickly that was very reasonable, we scheduled a work window three days later and his crew arrived on schedule and ready to work. Fantastic. A simply fantastic job. I called, sent pictures and got a great estimate right away from Albert. I needed two big branches removed from trees in my backyard to open up the area to more sun. Joe & his crew showed up promptly the very next day. We join the others here who had a good experience with Joe and his crew, and we would/will use them again for a future job. I normally don't give five stars, but I think he/they earned it by removing an entire 4-5 story tree from our back yard without (amazing) leaving any dirt on the floor or marks on the walls of our downstairs apartment despite super tight corners/hallway they had to negotiate and even carpeting -- in fact, they did that so well, the people downstairs didn't know they'd come and gone already until I told them to look in their back yard. I must say i am super impressed with Joe and his crew! from beginning o end it was a great experience!! he was responsive to all my calls and he even followed up with me. He was the absolute best price out of the 10 companies I called. His guys were polite and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any tree job. Amazing!!! I had 4 gigantic oak trees in my backyard that were becoming dangerous. The workers came in and got the job done. They were cutting a tree in the yard behind mine and the person in the tree continually watched me through my window and mocked me, as well as putting strain on the wires running to not only my house but many others around me. And then he proceeded to call the owner and complain even though he was spoken to politely until the man put his hands on the worker. I needed someone to remove some bushes from the side of my yard within the day. Joseph contacted me within 20 minutes, I sent him a video of the task, he quoted me a price and two very friendly gentlemen arrived at my house later that same day.
