Discovered that furniture collection had been discontinued for years! VCF mislead me all this time! Furniture is paid in full and with bankruptcy, may not see a refund! He listened to my explanation and took me to the area of sofas that were exactly what I wanted. He gave me space to walk around, sit on the pieces take photos but was within my view so if I looked over, he came and answered my questions. He explained and showed me how the cushions were made to be firm because that's what I wanted. The manager of the store also introduced himself and was available for questions. For example you can get an undershirt brand new from Walmart for 2 dollars, and sometimes they charge 5 dollars for an undershirt here. I've found some awesome antique items here for pennies.
