Downsides are the horrible design of the parking lot combined with the facts that there's only one location in Delaware and residents from nearby states often shop here for tax free shopping, and you're competing with Christiana Mall traffic and Fashion Center traffic. There never seems to be a good time to go, and forget about it around the holidays. It's sometimes worth driving to PA to go to the closest out of state location, but we still love everything else about it and keep going.

Unfortunately, there is a very noticeable difference in both customer behavior and overall courtesy compared with the other locations I have visited. Other than that, the store itself is similar to most Costco locations. I also really appreciate that it has a gas station. For vehicles such as BMWs and Porsches that require premium gas, the savings can really add up, especially when traveling frequently in the area.

My favorite finds are cheap weird stuff from publishers I've never heard of. It looks like 2nd and Charles is adding clearance sections to many areas -- I found them in horror, mystery and science fiction -- and this is a welcome improvement. Going here was a nice morning break from driving that conveniently had a popular food truck in the parking lot selling coffee.

The manager noted that there was a $7 rack and a $20 rack for formal dresses upon entering the store While we were looking around, it was noted by an associate that the $7 rack was officially an extra 50% off, so of course we fled to the rack to see if there was anything that fit. $3.50 is a beautiful price! Wanted to note that the sizes weren't very inclusive btw. Almost everything was XS or S. But I found a couple things that I liked and happily brought them to the register. Upon checkout, the prices rang up at regular price and then reduced to only $7... I asked about the deal because the new 50% off sign was up prior to us going up to the register. The associate who mentioned the sale was the person who checked us out and said that they have to honor the original deal because we had those clothes before they changed it? Which wasn't true... and also absurd. I was honestly dumbfounded and when I reemphasized what they said, their response was they "didn't know what [I was] talking about" when the sign on the rack was clearly there. I really don't like how they did that. I ended up paying for it because $7 is still fine but when you say something and there's A SIGN, you honor it. It's a really bad reflection of a store if an employee is this dishonest. I came in with a lot of enthusiasm, and this associate commented on how great my energy is and then you're gonna do me like this? Then you're probably just saying anything to finesse a sale out of a customer. Thankfully I'm never coming back because I was just passing through but I was ready to spread the word about the store since there's a website. But now my opinion on this place is that you shouldn't be giving this store your attention due to their lack of integrity
