The mobile tech representative completely ignored us. I feel like she just came from her last and was ready to go. She didn't even bother to tell us she was closed. Very unprofessional. 0 out of 10. read more

This Target location is so convenient since it's very close to my office. There is a Wal-Mart across the street, but I will go here and pay a couple of cents more for an item just to avoid going into that place! The items are always good quality, very stylish, and affordable! I am also a big fan of their return policy, they will pretty much take anything back, no questions asked. I do have to say I wish they had more organic products in their grocery section, but I understand it's a newer section in their stores and it's generally pretty small. read more

Usually I have nothing bad to say about this particular Target, everyone is so friendly every time I come in, but KARA made me yelp them. I am a loyal guest to target. I honestly go like once a week. Look I get it your busy, especially right after the holidays. But don't be rude, if you get overwhelmed don't let it show. We where checking out and as always I have my cartwheel so she can scan it, it's not her fault nor mine that we both forgot about it, once we where done with my transaction i then (of course) remembered that she didn't scan my cartwheel (I wasn't going to have it do it since we where done and while scanning my items she walkie talkie the team that she needed help in the front lanes) but she quickly rudely replied "if I do it I have to cancel everything and start all over again" I knew she wanted to roll her eyes but she didn't even look at me when she said this. So I said jokingly "oh I won't make you do it,...your busy" I thought she would change her attitude since I kind of gave her a hint but she didn't say anything and stated the next guest. read more

Used to work here. 90 days and was disgusted by the attitudes of most of my co workers. Don't think I was a bad one becuase all the team leaders wanted me on their team and they were taking me to help setup a new store when I was working there for like a month. I know that anyone who worked with me at the time will know exactly who is writing this. Not all were bad, but even my co workers who were good people at heart had terrible attitudes when it came to working. One manager told me to lie to a customer that we did not have a product just becuase he said he didn't want to have use the forklift to move all the stuff in the way to get to it. Two extremly hot store managers in training that just graduated college told me that I should apply for what their doing once I graduate becuase "...all we do is walk around and tell other people what do and don't have to do anything..." that is pretty much verbatim from them. Another quote from a HR manager(Amanda, fire her, please Lee) at this store told me "...it doesn't matter if the company makes money because it doesn't make us money..." great mantras to live by right, like I said DISGUSTED oh and next time you are in any retail store and the employees act like they don't care, ask yourself if they should when the people in charge don't. I used to really genuinely care about each and every customer that came in. CAN I HELP YOU FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES should be their slogan read more

I am a frequent flyer in this location. I would say I am here the most for clothing basics. Sometimes you truly just need a white t-shirt or a tank top in every color. Target is your basic one stop shop for most every day occurrences. Be it a birthday card, a candle, a vacuum, a coffee cup, a toy, or a gallon of milk....Target probably has what you are looking for at a good price. read more

Our cashier Liz tonight was great! Happy attitude and good customer service, thank you! :)

Dangit Target!!! I go in for a pack of gum and come out with $50 worth of stuff.... I still love you though =)

Is it me or does every Target have a poor parking, entrance/exit situation? They are always well within sight, but have maybe 2 exits, entrances. This is no different. A starbucks and a standing cafe in front the entrance is nice and large, but the aisles are of the standard size. A Super Target with a grocery. This is more of a bodega with excellent frozen section, but terrible fresh food section, no butcher or seafood section. NO ICE, they don't sell ice despite the small ice machine by the registers. Eventhough Walmart is a zoo, at least they have what you need. Let the college kids go shopping for their furniture at Target because the better deals are at Walmart. It is quite large overall since it's a Greatland and much better since the remodel, but being clean is a relative term and they lack cashier. Target is the leisurely shopping experience, while Walmart is the hectic experience, but at least the Walmart shoppers know what they want and move around like they know what their doing. read more

This place will let someone swipe their card multiple times even if it keeps getting declined, Let the line stack up and then offer and push signing up for the red card to everybody slowing down the line even more. Target is the new Walmart read more

I tend to prefer this Target to the one in Oceanside. They have a better women's clothing selection for my taste, and there are usually less lines to get out of the store at the times I go, late afternoon. This is much less busy than Escondido, and cleaner. I rarely come across an item that is out of stock. If I do there is always a close alternative. The pet section always has new items that I like to let my Bulldog try out. I love that they have a Starbucks as well as a food service area. On a really naughty day I can shop, have a chai latte, and get a sugar cookie all in one stop. I never really ask for help when shopping the aisles so I can't speak for that type of service, but the service at the register is typically decent, fast, and friendly. read more

This is the usual Target location that I go to since it is just off the 78 from work and it is next to the gym I regularly workout at. Like most Target locations I shop at, there is a Starbucks and food court. What I don't like about their food court is that they do not have enough pepperoni pizzas all the time. Most of the time I see a cheese pizza. Yup! One cheese pizza. The store customer service is good even where you return or exchange items. There are rare instances where service is lacking. The store is presentable and organized most of the time; not counting the holidays. I will be back soon! read more

This Target is much better since the remodel. It's a lot busier than the Business Park Drive location, but it's still clean and conveniently off the 78 fwy. read more

Love this Target. Very clean, easy to find what you need and they have a great selection. There is also a pizza hut and Starbucks inside.

I went on New Year's Day to return some things at customer service, there was no name on the receipt to compliment but he was so awesome and very patient! He took the time to explain things told us exactly his steps and explanation. Thank you Target employee. I love this target :) (A 4 star only because if you don't have a receipt you can only get $75/year for store credit) read more

Horrible customer service!! If you have a promotion, I would think your employees should know about it. Shop at the South Vista Target. Seems they know a little more about what's going on. read more

This Target is always clean, the employees are always helpful and the parking is plentiful. My only complaint is that there aren't always enough cashiers and you could be waiting awhile. read more

It a Target! No issues with staff, very friendly and attentive. Got what I needed, talked with sales associate and moved on, everything you want in a Target. read more

Wow this year back to school season this place in target is nothing and I went to Escondido to check off my list supplies I need. They need to restock back every time some items are sold out I keep walk back and forth to school and office section to check off my list items but there's more surrounded more target areas or online. read more

Busy store full with Christmas shoppers and they have 3 check out lanes open. All three lines wrapped aroun waited 20 min in line to make my purchase. No one to help in the store. Very frustrating. read more

The worst most embarrassing experience. While waiting for my children's flu shots my son got super nervous and started having tummy issues. The pharmacist lovingly allowed us to us the employee restroom. As I was comforting my three little ones right outside the door as my son was in the restroom. Couple employees walked by I let them know my son was having tummy issues no big deal. A man "Brandon" comes up to me and tell me very angrily that we have to leave. I let him know we were allowed back there by an employee. He continues to tell me I had to leave. I refuse to leave while my son was in the restroom. I asked to speak to the manager which he informed me he was the manager... I said "are you serious your an asshole." He kept saying over and over "well have a nice day" as soon as my son got out of the bathroom we least the area and I asked him for his supervisors number. Of course he didn't have it "there isn't another manager, I am the manager" you can call customer service. When I asked him for that number I needed to follow him up front. Of course four kids waiting to get a flu shot all crying now my son afraid to say he needed to go back to the bathroom. So after I get the number and go back to comfort my children he brings security...Security...39 years old lis ended professional...security...wow, my wife frustrated says "let's just get this over with come on the kids are trying to get their shots". The other "manager" states she has to calm down... really my kids are crying Pharmacist is trying to intervene to let them know she allowed us. Security is standing there ready to "take me away". I've never even had a parking ticket... my family who spends over $1000 a month (low estimate) will never be back. read more

Can you say AWSOME customer service?? Kyle and Travis are the two gentlemen that helped us today. They each helped us desperately and with different encounters. These guys are literally THE BEST in the business of customer service. In addition, we also got help with a heavy item from Steve and Ryan. Steve & Ryan both carried our item to our car. They were SUPER helpful, polite & friendly. I am in love & hooked with this target location purely based on my experience today with Kyle, Travis, Steve and Ryan. You guys ALL ROCK. Thank you read more

Not the best stocked target but I think it's cleaner than the one in Oceanside. This target has the normal snack bar and Starbucks. Some of the employees can work on being a little more friendly and helpful except for Andy who was working at the register when my aunt and I checked out. He was very postive and happy and made my experience at target that much better ! read more

This is by far the messiest and unorganized Target I have ever been too. Shelves are messy and not stocked neatly. Crap all over the floor. And considering this is in a decent area that surprises me. It must be poorly managed! I don't have to come back here since I don't live here. But really, this store needs better mgmt! Clean up this mess! read more

I love most Target stores that I shop in but this is by far the worst one I have ever shopped in. The store is always very messy and unkempt even in the morning when it's just been opened. The manager of this store should be fired. read more

Went in today to grad a shirt for my daughter. The girls department looked organized but nothing was in its original place. Everything was misplaced or on the wrong hanger. I was going to ask for help from this blond lady but she looked so upset with some one over the walkie(not approachable especially after just waking up). I was able to find what I was looking for but not comming back to this store again. read more

I usually hate Starbucks inside of Target stores because the employees are always in a rush to get to the next order but Abraham Cruz is the most caring and genuine person I've ever met. He took the time to make conversation with me and after not too long of waiting gave me my drink and did it with a smile. Honestly THE BEST barista ever. If I could give him a $100 tip I would! read more

Who the hell reviews a target? They're all the same! Anyhow I just wanted to make a quick review about the gentleman who helped my girlfriend and I find a halloween dvd. If your manager is reading this, then he should give you a raise. Never have I had a target employee go above and beyond customer service. Usually in this big chain shopping centers I expect bullshit service. Not here. The blond kid with glasses and a lisp is a poster boy for customer service. read more

Store is always dirty especially the cafe area. Tables are always dirty and there is misc trash on the floor. Bathrooms are just disgusting. The doors are left propped open because the smell of urine inside. It's totally unacceptable for a woman's bathroom door in a public place to be left open. Baby changing table was equally filthy. read more
