It was Christmas Eve Eve, and we were all done Christmas shopping, but decided we wanted a new tv. We went to Target (isn't that where you get EVERYTHING) and it was busy, crazy busy, crazy, crazy two days til Christmas busy. Well, I don't know much about the latest and greatest, but Tony (one of the techs) took the time and was very patient (with my questions) and helped me find the perfect tv! This is the messiest Target I have ever been to. The employees just don't seem to care. The beauty and makeup department is like a bad mural of spilled, wiped and smeared makeup- floors, aisles, everywhere. Their hand baskets are full of garbage. Tonight I went there on a quest for curtains, and found disorganization, as well as more empty shelves than full, and many items out of place. I gave up on curtains and went to grab a couple fairly basic grocery items, and found that they don't carry some basics but instead devote grocery space to a million and one flavors of every new convenience food on the market. If you've seen a commercial for it lately and it comes in a brightly colored box, Target has every flavor of it imaginable. I don't understand why they bother with their convenience store-style produce display when there's a Top Foods across the parking lot. It's like a whole entire grocery store devoted to junk food and impulse buys. What really earned it the one star rating was up at the checkout counter, where a sullen asshole rang up my purchases without eye contact, a smile, or even a single word. I smiled, greeted him, and told him I didn't need a bag, all in a friendly manner, and the kid silently maintained eye contact with the floor. I'm sure not all of their employees are so rotten at customer service, but this one capped off my one star shopping trip enough to make me not want to ever go back. read more

This review is specifically for the lady in the holiday department in target who was working at 2pm on November 30th 2017. It was so loud and crazy that I didn't get her name. But she went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized! She found us at the checkout line to bring us the product we had searched for and couldn't find. The fact that she went out of her way to help when things were so busy meant a lot to my family and me. It was because of her that we purchased in store rather than online. read more

Spotless store and helpful staff. They sell just about everything and they're way more friendly and accessible than Wal-mart. Although this location doesn't have a very good grocery section, they're right next door to Top Foods, and the combination offers a great one-stop shopping excusion. read more

I can never find the right clothing, shoes or groceries at Target, except for toiletries, make up, accessories, and things to be used around the home like home decor and cleaning equipment. It's a great store for some people but nothing really stuck out to me. Can never find the right jeans and when I do they are always tapered at the bottoms like boot cut, or just don't fit like regular good quality jeans. I have literally gone to three different clothing stores to compare prices and quality and found that Target's clothing were sub par compared to other places for equal or less than their advertised prices. However, if you shop carefully and do your research, you can benefit greatly from shopping at Target. read more

Honestly have not had a good shopping experience at target until I started shopping at this location. Everyone is always there to assist me when I need help, I am a very frequent shopper, and as soon as I get to checkout there is always someone waiting for, me or there to point me to the faster lane to get me in and out. I love that! Cashiers a supper friendly and got me saving a lot of money with there new debit card and cartwheel app both free and the app tells me how much money I have saved don't get me started on returns they are so fast even when the lines is a little long, they take my returns even when I tossed my receipt or ripped off the tags!! Over all will be shopping at this target for many years to come, great staff, great selection, killer one to five dollar spot that my kids love, couldn't ask for a better fast friendly experience. read more

I had to exchange a dress that would be used the following day as a flower girl dress in my sisters wedding. They didn't have the dress in stock but, without being prompted, Viviana hunted it down in the size and color needed at another store and put it on hold for me and then asked me if I wanted to drive to that store to get it. She did it in that order because there was only 1 left at that store and she wanted to make sure we got it. Perfect customer service! So refreshing. read more

Good location, I can go shop for clothes, eat, watch movie and also come here. The pharmacists here are very nice. I usually come here to medicine and toys. Others stuff here is kinda overpriced but heck I have option not to buy it so I can't complain. Oh, and I love the churros they sell at the cafe too. Very yummy. read more

It's like most Targets, clean, comfortable, decent deals here and the there. The staff at this one is particularly friendly though.

I just moved here from Cali almost three months ago and this is by far the worst Target I have ever shopped at. Even the Manager of the store is rude and condescending. I've given it several attempts before writing my review and each time I've been there it's been an unpleasant shopping experience. Everything always seems to be in such disarray and every time I've gone there's been at least one thing on my list that was out of stock. The customer service at the registers is hit or miss. I hope you don't have to do a return because that's like walking into the Lions den. And don't bother asking an employee on the floor where something is because they'll point you in the wrong direction and you'll end up finding it on your own anyway. This store makes a great company look really really bad. I won't be shopping at this location anymore. I'll pay the fee to go across the bridge to Gig Harbor. read more

I was willing to give Target a second chance after the information scam- bad choice. I was shopping in the clearance section of scarves, found one I really liked and proceeded to buy it; however, at the checkout the scarf came up full price, and the cashier was unwilling to honor the ticketed price- she then went on about how the numbers have to match suggesting that I had done something to alter the price of the item. She was very rude and called for a manager, not one manager- but 4 people came over- not one of them said "hi" or "how can we help you". The one man who did talk spoke quite bluntly and said "just honor the price" and walked they all walked away. I felt so embarrassed and could not understand why I was treated as though I had done something wrong; if there was a price error, it was a clearly a store error and not the customer's fault in any way. I let the cashier know that I didn't understand her method of handling the situation and she replied with a dull "uh huh." I was willing to give Target a second chance after the information fiasco, which should not have happened in the first place; that being said, customer service should be top notch and a part of damage control. After this experience I will not be shopping at Target again. read more
