Usually pretty clean and well stocked- I like the late hours, as it has saved us time and time again when we've run low on kids snacks or milk for bedtime! I had a problem with a cashier a few weeks ago (forgot to ring up my discount for bringing my own bags) but it was a one time incident. For the most part, everyone is pretty friendly and I've hardly had any problems going through the checkout with my in-store coupons, manufacturer's coupons and bags from home. Consistent quality products. I am happy with Up and Up brands too. I absolutely love the dollar section. I'm a teacher and there is always some cool finds for the classroom. I have been going to this store since it opened. A few weeks ago I got stopped by security at the door to check my receipt. Why I just left the register with your bag? I asked why and the guard said "I don't know why I was told to check bags". I laughed and walked past him. He looks like a 14 year old and if you can't give me a good reason I'm not going to stop. Today I asked why they don't have Raider onesies. The "customer service" kid told me with an attitude that they do and it gets sold out as soon as they go on the rack.... Well why are the racks full? There should be an open rack where the item should be stocked. I told her that her attitude wasn't necessary. She continued to argue with me as I walked away. This isn't how customers should be treated. There's seriously a lack of courtesy and respect. Hire people that will be helpful not confrontational. I CANT STAND WALMART. That's why I go to target. I think I'll just adjust to walmart. read more

I had to knock off 1 star, because they need to check the expiration from their inventory in the grocery section. I almost bought 4-5 vanilla coffee drinks, but they were expired on June 3rd, 2014... ?! :( Other than that, the store itself is clean, organized, and not as busy as the disaster on Pacific. every time i come down to visit, there's a chance you'll see me at this location. it's the best target ever like ever, no other target can replace the love i have for this place. they have everything you need and when i mean everything EVERYTHING! it's always soo organized, employees are nice except you know for a fact they go to school at bear creek. hahaha. i really love the fact they have my strawberry cheerios, large selection of everything. and even though i'm not gonna buy anything i still come here to browse. and what about the sales they have? ahhh! thats it, i'm in love, i keep repeating myself. i just hate the fact that there is a HUGE chance that you might bump into someone you dont want to see. oh well that's what sunglasses are for ;) 5 stars! read more

For the past several months when I visit this Target store, the check out lines are a mess. There is zero organization for moving people through lines in a fair manner. It's every person for themselves! I tried to call the store to talk to a manager but was left waiting so I hung up. I tried the web site which is a joke and still on dial up mode. Target better get their" stuff" together before the Walmart going in across the street opens in the Fall. You are going to lose a lot of people to Walmart simply because your customer service is less than standard. read more

I don't mind driving a little out of my way to go to this location. Their store is always pristine, and the staff is always very nice. Black Friday experience was stress free as well. Having Petsmart next door is a big perk as well. :) read more

I love target but this cashier didn't even say hi nor did she say anything to me at all. Very rude has no customer service at all. Black older lady someone needs to teach her how to do her job right. I am really glad this Target is here. They adjusted their inventory due to the fact there is no grocery store nearby. When they first opened they had a very limited grocery area. After every resident within the Spanos Park area cleaned out their milk and eggs on a daily basis they expanded their groceries quite well. Plus, it is always clean and well stocked. read more

This is the nicest and cleanest Target in Stockton. Sure, on a hot day, you can sometimes smell the agriculture aromas wafting from the nearby farmland, but once you're inside the store, it's a heavenly, clean, well stocked Target store. Plus, the shopping center in which this Target is located has a lot of clean and newer stores, so if you have multiple errands, there's a good chance you can most of them done here. read more

Honestly the only Target I go to.. Very clean and things are always in stock. I went to the other Target in Stockton and it was terrible. Clothes everywhere and I couldn't find any of my products I usually buy. This target is never too packed and the people there are very helpful. read more

Clean. Organized. Two express lines for 10 items or less. A Starbucks located inside with seating (although this is not necessary - it is quite a nice treat). The restrooms are spotless. Great selection of clothes. The dollar bins are even ordered nicely! read more

I can literally spend more than 2 hours just roaming around. I'm here almost all the time even the lady at the register knows me and says hi everytime I'm there. They REALLY need to make 0 stars an option. #1 I asked 3 employees that were stocking in the grocery area where I could find an item and no one knew. #2 not a SINGLE employee asked if I needed help Side bar, I've shopped at the target on pacific for 23 years... Not like it's new to me... Just needed help with a few things in a different layout... No big deal I can over look new hires or people who don't work in the department. ( as I also work for a retail company) But there was no one to help, while I was asking help they were having a meeting in the food section (10+ people standing around discussing business in front of customers) unprofessional but whatever... Yet no one to help me? And on that note the one thing that set me off was I bought a block of cheese, 2 days later completely saturated in mold... I never really get the chance to write any of my positive experiences on Yelp, but I experienced the best customer service over the phone today. I called the Target on Trinity Parkway in Stockton around 6:45pm to inquire when they would be getting a shipment of the new Nintendo NES Classic (definitely a hard item to get your hands on). A lady by the name of Julianne answered and assisted me on what to expect when trying to get a popular item like this. I assume she didn't work in the electronics department because she had to put me on hold to ask them questions about it, but she definitely went above and beyond to answer my questions. The customer service at this location is definitely the reason why I make the extra drive instead of going to the target that is close to me! read more

So I would just like to make a suggestion . I was waiting in line for some 8 minutes as the lady one customer ahead of me was having trouble with her cartwheel app. this was a problem two days ago as well. I jumped out of line to get one more item then chose another line , checking first to see if lit. After waiting another 4 or 5 minutes the clerk at the checkstand said the lady in front of me was to be the last customer. So perhaps she should have turned her light off?? No problem I set my things down and left. Perhaps Target should have an Express line no cartwheel coupon etc either cash or Credit card only. read more

This is the best Target I've ever been to. The store is always very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They are currently remodeling the store and still it does not affect the quality of service. I absolutely love this store. Whenever im off, I take the time to drive in the morning all the way over at 8 Mile and shop there. The store is clean and they have friendly Customer Assistance. I like wal mart too but this is where I go for my shopping needs and such. It is just peaceful and relaxing and everyone minds there own business. They really need to have order pick up separate from their returns/exchange especially if they only have one person working at the guest service. I would have been faster for me to just walk to the pharmacy and purchase my daughters Tylenol instead of wait behind 5 people in the returns/exchange line for an order pick up. 10/01/2017 update This is some shit. Today they had a deal going on, buy $20 worth of cosmetics and get a $5 gift card. I bought $28 worth of cosmetics and the cashier didn't seem to know about the deal, which is my fault because I assumed she would know and she had the coupon sitting on her binder that held the ad. But that was fine she said I can get it at guest service. Not a problem. I thanked her kindly and went to guest service. Now here lies my issue, I go to guest service. There's this blond short and stumpy Caucasian chick dealing with go backs I believe. I walked up and waited and she rudely told me "I'll be with you in a moment" without a smile or even looking up at me. I said "okay sure" as She just went about doing what she was doing. When she finally went to the register to help me, i told her "hi there was a sign that said buy $20 worth of cosmetics and get a $5 gift card, but the cashier forgot to scan the coupon to give me the gift card. So she directed me here to get it" She stood there looking at my items with what looked to be disgust and annoyance then asked "well I don't have a coupon" mind you I didn't know I needed a coupon all I saw was the sign. She then rudely said "you can get the ad over there and find the coupon." The basket with ads was no more than 3 feet away from the register we were at. I walk over and I grab the ad and start looking through and found it. She still had a frown on her face and didn't even look up as she was scanning everything and handing me my gift card. She had her hair covering her name tag so I couldn't see it. I went to whoever I thought was their lead and told them "the woman at guest services is extremely rude, she had at attitude right from the start as she was helping me." He said "okay I'll let their lead know" Honestly this isn't the job for her if that's how she treats customers. She should go work somewhere else that gives her a real reason to have on such a grumpy face and rude attitude. read more

Target is a tough company to be a part of. They follow strict rules and everything has to be perfect for when the boss comes around. I have seen some of the rules they have and they follow every rule. Keeping the departments up to date due to the fact they can only stock at night. This is especially hard with larger target stores. So far, Stockton store keeps their departments up to date. They also have people walk around the store making sure EVERYTHING looks good and is in order. I believe target is one of the most remarkable stores in fast, fun, and friendly services. read more
