I've never been a big Target fan but my sister and I were at Sherman Town Center a few weeks ago and she wanted to go into Target. This place looked like a bomb went off in it. You couldn't find anything it was hanging off the shelves piled in the floors and the grocery shelves weren't stocked and everything that's the same quality as Walmart is twice the price. And the employees aren't very friendly either but if I had to work in a dump like that I probably wouldn't be either. read more

I am a Target fan - I have been for many years. I used to enjoy shopping here. I haven't been in a while and went for a few summer clothes, bags etc. I will not go back. Absolutely disgusting. Nothing is clean, clothes all over the floors, nothing organized piles of crap everywhere. Checkout stand had moldy food in the bags..... I used to love this location - I will not go back. TERRIBLE! My daughter and I were here getting groceries and when I looked away for 30 seconds, there she was! CLIMBING ON THE SHELVES BY THE CEREAL! She was crying, my baby was so scared!!!!! Nice clean organized Target. I went in to only purchase my granddaughter a "Baby Einstein Walker". A very kind employee, wearing his much earned Veterans hat, retrieved my item and placed it in my shopping cart. I thanked him for his military service and for assisting me. Target, the home of all inclusive of everyone, no matter what... sort of. They do not like Tom Foolery. At all. Went in with our student team for church camp to grab a few odds and ends we forgot and the kids were acting stupid and silly and goofing off and being loud. No crimes I believe. But the manager and black shirts followed us everywhere. They approached us constantly like we were up to no good. They truly made us feel completely unwelcome in that store. One of the guys rode in the handicap buggy and the employees lost there minds. Seriously @Target, we can all go pee together but one kid rides in the handicap buggy and that crosses your imaginary line. Also, they did not have Vick's vapor rub, so one star suckers. read more

This place is an absolute mess, it's gotten worse over time however it's gotten super bad. I went in for a pair of shoes and shoes were everywhere except where they needed to be. General Target-land. This is a very small location for the combined population of Denison and Sherman, plus the visitors from Southern Oklahoma. However, they've just remodeled the grocery department, which has a really nice selection for a non-Super Target. read more

This store is very neat and clean, even the $1 section at the front of the store. Like many Targets, they have a Starbucks in the front of the store. Service at the Starbucks was extremely efficient. This Target had a great selection of graphic tees for both men and women. The downside was the absence of store, except for those at the checkouts and one rather rude fellow in the electronics section. Luckily we didn't need much help! If not for the rude associate, I would have given this 4 stars! read more

My son got sick in the middle of our shopping trip. They immediately came and started cleaning up. Got us a new basket to transfer things to. Even brought us a new outfit for my son to change into and a bag for his dirty clothes. They wouldn't let me pay for the new clothes either. Awesome customer service and caring staff. read more

Jesse, the LOD went above and beyond to try and help my panicked mom over a gift card issue. He was so helpful with us over the phone as well as in person. He could have easily treated us with less patience and compassion- especially with all the chaos of the holiday season, but he was wonderful. I like this Target store - it a bit smaller compared to the ones I've gone to in other towns but for this area I think it's a good size. They've got the usual Target-inventory and their prices are higher compared to other similar department stores in the area but it's typical Target. The store's clean, the staff's friendly and the Starbucks section's conveniently close so it's a place I frequent. :-) read more

I noticed someone gave this store a 3 star review. I am a fan of Target stores and therefore went on a journey towards Sherman,TX. I am from the Ardmore, OK. area and drove 67 miles for this. If you saw how big our Wal-mart is, which to me is a 2-3 star, you would know why I am willing to travel an hour for a bigger department store. When we arrived at the parking lot, the store is a good sized one. We walked in and I was very pleased with the size of this store. Mind you, it's not a SuperCenter and the grocery side is limited. But the rest of the store is awesome. My trip was worth it! read more

Very unhelpful. Waited in electronics for 30 mins before an employee strolled past and told me it wasn't her dept. While standing around waiting for help for another ten minutes I was approached by security and asked to leave. If I weren't a 6`4 black male, I highly doubt there would have been a problem. The overweight female security took my cart and would not let me purchase anything. Stuff like this happens to me often but typically a bit of courtesy is shown. Not the case at target. I was escorted out of the store while she was on the phone with the police. This is unacceptable, very embarrassing and I will be filing a civil suit against target and the hefty security over achiever. read more

Shout out to target dude workin electronics put back the last batman helmet for me for my nephew!! I was at Walmart and there's didn't work and only had that one so I called target they had one left it worked and they held it for me so I could get there!!! Awesome customer service I asked if it worked and the guy checked it out for me!!! So I am still the favorite aunt!!! read more
