I recently bought a cute necklace for a NOLA, girls trip and somehow it broke. I phoned the store to see what the return policy was and to see if they had another in stock. Charlee the sales associate took my information over the phone and she found the necklace I wanted to replace. Once I arrived at the store, Zach had a new necklace in a bag. I mentioned I needed new "work" jeans- in a flash he hooked me up with my new favorite jeans and a new necklace. Kudos, Buckle team!
